A customer service rep even confirmed to me directly that the only requirement was the $50 deposit—I have the screenshot. After meeting that requirement, I was suddenly told about an undisclosed fee. I play on 100+ gaming sites, and I’ve never seen anything like this.

Chat redirects to email, email ignores messages — no dispute resolution.
Confiscation of player deposits without proof = scam behavior.
Avoid this casino.

After reading all the reviews, I became very nervous and worried that the withdrawal was not going to happen as it was nearly 4000 USD. I deposited a number of times and it went through pretty quickly but my withdrawal took about 30 mins to come through which was worrying while waiting. Thankfully it did come through so I thought that I would share.

After depositing about $200 I had won over $4,000 and was super excited to withdrawal. Once submitted my account was randomly banned overnight and told I could withdrawal the amount I had deposited.
