As a rule of thumb, you provide your ID for verification before you start trading. The website cannot even verify. Makes you very nervous to start trading with real money. Be careful people. So many things are not right here. Just register at some other fraud free, reliable and well known trading website. Scam!

Scam, VERY POSITIVE ONE

First they trapped my TRX, their minimum amount deposited BY THEIR RULE cannot be traded.

Few days later.....Cannot access my account even using both phone number and e-mail, it says those two email and phone is unregistered. Possibly they deleted it.

Luckily it's just small amount of money and that was already reveals the mask of this hungry tiger.

They swallow small amount of money this means they will more eager to swallow bigger one

@John Swinamer. Am also having the same problem. Cant log into app, says incorrect username /password. Did you get the username/password issue resolved?

I haven't logged into the app In a couple months...just tried, and it says password or username incorrect- which i know is not true because I am entering correct information. But nonetheless, I hit the "forgot password" button and recieved an sms to reset my password...tried that and it still won't let me sign in!

Deposited funds will be stolen, don't deposit! This is a scam.

Hello everyone , these are scammers , I opened account on their website , downloaded their app via playstore , I made 2 transactions, first was 47.2 babyswap coin and the second was 114.9 babyswap coin, I made it as a test , yesterday eveing tried to login , im not registered and not even in their database, tried to recover it , told me I'm not in their database, told myself give it a try and check by sign up on same email and number , told me I'm registered, so there is no way you can get your money back , all gone , be aware guys .
I'm ready to show the transaction and ready for any law questionnaire.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS EXCHANGE. Cointiger does not respond to customer queries. I have a withdrawal pending for over 10 days now. I raised a ticket, following up multiple times with no acknowledgement. Impossible to contact them through different channels. This is a scam exchange. It needs to be investigated by relevant authorities. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

They are definitely a scam!! they never delivery my exchange, a friend advise that i should report to coinforensic. com and after weeks i got half of payment back which is better noting.

I would not advice anyone to use this exchange as it is a big scam.

They stole my money, the worst exchange after hotbit.

It's 24 days with no answer and no deposit (TK 5802).
I tried different channels but still no answer. Contacting chat support, after an hour wait, they say they will inform tecnical team and I need to wait patiently... 24 days (till now) and still 0 feedback..

- update: 36 days trying to contact them every day, still nothing.
