Worst exchange ever. 2 deposits have been made - most probably lost. No contact with support. They are suspending deposits and withdrawals whenever they want without any notice. SCAM exchange in my opinion.

Stole 3k from me and cant speak to anyone and when you txt them they kick you off the platform. Be Careful and stay away.

CoinTiger had some multiple issues with deposit and withdrawals. Now they are proceeding same upgrade, which maybe will help. Otherwise create tickets ASAP on cointiger.zendesk.com and push to help.

was working fine, UNTIL I added money into the account. Around 800 dollars. It wasn't letting me log in. After trying for hours, I logged in but I can't withdraw my money. SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM IT. SCAM.

Cointiger scammed me of 1266$ i tried purchasing a coin from them on market order and their system charged me twice the price and sold half to me . I started the trade with 2471$ and got 1200$ worth of coin to my wallet. I tried contacting their support and they read my message and not reply, i also made a ticket but no reply also.. please stay away from them

Stolen all my Student Coin. Luckily it was not a hugh amount. But seriously they should be banned.

I have used cointiger several times.. l think the issue here maybe , they sent to wrong address or they used stolen card and it will not be refunded. ...

They stole my balance. I should believe it when people here say they are a fraud.

PEOPLE, don't trust them. Not worth it. they don't even have a tax address. They are anonymous. Do not answer emails. They are banned by the Singapore government from functioning.

i have never seen such a bad crypto exchange, just check all the spelling mistakes they have on their webpage etc.

And they stole my BNB asked me to create a ticket and never return or message back to the ticket i have created.

Never seen such a pathetic stealing corrupt pieces of sh*ts and everybody that is working within or for this company.

Please report this company fraud to coinmarketcap so that they will be listed as frauds and people will not get scammed in the future.

A withdrawal of 1.500$ never arrived. And Support not answering. They sit somewhere in south-east Asia (Singapore I think) and they feel so free stealing money. The application/website is a trap.

Made a deposit 2 and a have month ago,and still not arrived,i see on etherscan and it was the correct adress.
The worst exchange i have made deposit.

I transfer my xrp in this platform with sum of $66 then i trade it into usdt to buy 920 TCH and 1288 STC. Now i can't access my account. I think the apps is SCAM but not. Try log in to the website and reset my password my account is back. Thanks.

Im panic to withdraw my fund early bcoz their many negative comment But this app is work perfectly. So ill be back this app to fund more to buy the coin i want i will rate in 5 star now.

I have a screenshot a smooth transaction.

It was in 'paying' status for 11 hours. The transaction id they gave to track progress did not work. These two were a problem but the exchange did it's job and I was able to deposit and withdraw. It is relatively cheap and trust worthy. It gave the indication that 'paying' or processing is going on. Never misinformed. Because of this delay they will be flooded with emails so give them some time to respond. And hopefully they fix this soon.Be reasonable ppl.

I have thousands of coin in CoinTiger but they wont let me to login. I used the mobile app to login but then all withdraw , transfer etc are suspended. I received no response from the support team in fact some other scammer with @yahoo email address approached me to get my details. I dont know what to do now which is very very frustrating.
it seems to be a IP ban issue, i checked it for 4 days and I was OK to login with mobile app and transferred all my coin to a different wallet. i think to be safe you should only use American and European based wallets.
