Tracking shows it was delivered to an address in Connecticut. I live in Boston. I woud like m phone case or my money back please.

I ordered two of your phone cases for my google pixel 2 xl and I have not received them yet and I am still waiting for them when wil I receive 📲 them I ordered two of them one is blue and the other one is red I just hope that this was not a scam because it has happened twice to me and I never received those items and I did not get my money back.

I ordered a phone case on March 3rd. I got an email A MONTH later telling me that it was out of stock. Now, almost a month later I still don't have my phone case. According to China Past tracking there has been no activity on my order since 4-11. This is ridiculous.

I guess you guys need the price of the item and shipping more than I do.
I'm almost completely house bound and do a lot of my shopping on line.

Haven't received my product nor do i have a clue on an arrival time...

Put my order in and have not heard anything back as far as shipping or tracking. I have emailed and still have not received an email back or any information on my order.

The product is amazing fits properly and look exactly the way they advertised. It's a beauty. Took a while to arrive due to covid but I'm happy I got it.

Shipping delays and delivery days are not even projected and sometimes you have delays.

The case is beautiful. I was a little apprehensive about whether or not I was going to get it but I did get it. Perfect fit.

Doesn't confirm to facial contours allowing large leaks at sides of face for incoming and outgoing air. Dangerous if you think this mask will keep you safe. Nose piece to decrease fogging doesn't stay in place. Ear loops are comfortable.

I absolutely love my phone case/ wallet. It's perfect, well made, phone fits perfect, slim. I've had several compliments on it,sleek,beautifully embossed. I would love to get my friend one but not which iphone she has. Mine fits perfect my Samsung A11.

Do not waste your hard earned money. Piece of crap. The mask inserts are poorly constructed, slide all over, leaving big gaps in your mask. They are very uncomfortable. And their customer service is horrendous. Their refund policy is a joke! HORRIBLE!

I purchased a pack of face guards to go under a mask. This never arrived. I chased up my order and was told due to COVID-19 issues there had been delays. Fair enough. I started to chase again this week and was told that the order had been delivered according to the courier. I assured Colapa this had not happened. I was told to ask my family, neighbours and local post office. I had already made these checks before bothering the supplier. I asked for proof of delivery (a signature or photograph of a doorstep delivery) but obviously they have nothing. I am just sick of getting an automated reply with the same ‘suggestions’ - so I heartily recommend that you avoid this company like the plague. Very angry with pathetic responses. I have raised a dispute now with PayPal- but honestly don’t want my money back - I just want my face shields! 😡😡😡
