The Mortgage Shops

Very pleased with how The Mortgage Shop and their representatives have handled our remortgage
Their telephone advisors explained and offered best solution for us
The gentleman that had to visit us at home for signatures was very Covid aware and ensured his and our safety at all times
Would definitely recommend The Mortgage Shops

During Covid times.

I was called earlier by the repeesentative. I was in covid isolation at the time. All tge paperwork was neatly arranged fir signing. Required paperwork was photographed. A very polite and professional service.

Very nice

Very nice, polite and professional. Introduced himself and took the photos of documents and panels and explained that it will be sent to solicitor. I’m very happy with the service

The fellow you sent was very polite but…

The fellow you sent was very polite but do not know how to use your tablet did not want to sit and read it for me as I am dyslexic didn't ask me any questions about damage to our clothes that damaged with the damp and the curtains took plenty of pictures then left

Poor Customer Service

The appointment was rushed and badly prepared. I was not offered any ID on arrival so had to ask for some but I wasn't shown anything to prove which company was being represented. I was handed 24 pages of a document I wasn't given time to read prior to my signature being requested. They were on plain paper not headed so again nothing easily recognised as coming from a professional company. Photos were hurriedly taken of my documents but when asked to handle them with care not to crease them I was advised to iron them! Not the best experience.
