Yeah a very good

Yeah a very good, very nice visit from a very nice chap,he went through everything and explained as to what happens next so yeah, I'm very happy with the initial visit, so I will just have to wait and see now if this gets my housing association moving and get my damp and mould problem sorted because it's ruined alot of my personal stuff and its really not good for my already ill health, here's hoping, so thank you very much for all your help, kind regards, Pete.

The gentleman was very professional…

The gentleman was very professional explained everything clearly (as have any of the company representatives I have talked to ) he identified himself clearly and observed all safety measures regarding covid19 ..
