Returns are a nightmare, now using a third party and waiting nearly 3 weeks for the actual refund. Used to be a matter of a week when sending stuff directly back to collectif. Not an improvement
Delivery was quick so a positive experience. However, returning items is now a ridiculous process. It has taken over a week to get the return back to collectif for them even to process the refund as they now use a third party who received the returns then sends them on to collectif. I now have to wait up to 14 days for my refund to be processed. The old returns process was amazing and now to add insult to injury you have to pay for the returns that now take up to 3 weeks to get your money back. Will make me wary about buying anything else from collectif. I buy so much from them but no longer. I should not have to wait for up to 3 weeks for my money back, when it used to be turned around in a week. Definitely not an improvement on collectifs part.

Odd sizing/fitting
Absolutely love the 3 dresses I bought pre loved, in a size 12... However, a size 14, 16 and 18 didn't even come close to doing up in 4 different new styles! So sadly unless you are skinny with massive boobs, the newer designs are just an odd shape/size

Well made dress of good quality.
Beautiful dress the cotton is very good quality fitted bodice, so if a 16/18 like me i bought size 18 and it fitted well skirt length below the knee on me just where i like it. The detachable sailor collar comes off easily so you have a completely different style.
Delivery was quick.

Super quick delivery and the clothes!!! Neat quality, perfect sizing and now the autumn can finally come, I'm all stocked up on jumpers and cardigans. My one and only tiniest complaint would be about the tiniest of buttons that I just cannot reach and button up properly on the spooky velvet top
