Collection Day
They didn't turn up so I contacted them, the only way you can via chatbot on their site, no phone you can't speak to anyone. Their response was "technical issues"and they would rearrange for the next day.
Day 2
No one came to collect again and I couldn't get hold of anyone to find out what was happening
Day 3 Its now Friday I managed to chatbot with someone and again their excuse "Technical issues"
By this time as they couldn't deliver on time I lost the sale. I'm now waiting for a refund which they say will take at least 7 working days
Totally rubbish service i won't be using them again
No collection and no response - do not recommend

The following day...no pickup so I opened a ticket and recieved an automated response pointing me to the website FAQ. I have sent multiple requests for re-planning a collection via the ticketing system, email and twitter and still no reply. Please contact me as this is urgent. I paid for a service that you have not honoured so issue a refund if you cannot collect tomorrow (Feb 3rd). Thanks
SO FAR VERY BAD
I have received no email confirmation - and the store in Italy is a very professional store. I told them the pick-up guy would be there today Monday 16 November 2020, and no one turned up. VERY unhappy what's next?

I arranged a collection on Monday 9th, for collection Tuesday 10th. Payment went through but no confirmation email. No one turned up. Emailed them Wednesday 11th had an email back late in the day saying they were sorry they would collect that day - still did not collect and no correspondence. I have tried the order number I was given in the tracking system and it isn't registering. I have emailed on Thursday and Friday and still no response! It is now Saturday and I am really miffed - my emails are being ignored yet they still have my money and I still have a parcel that needs collecting. Last email requested it be escalated as a complaint and a refund - still no correspondence! I am in fact disgusted and was shocked to see all the positive reviews they have. If I could give them zero star rating I would have!

supplied (a mystery field), when all fields are filled in.

So now I have a booked collection, no consignment label and no
way to contact them.

UPDATE: In fairness, this review was quickly noticed and I was sent a label and advised the issue had been fixed.

I had a helmet that I had sold on e-bay and I needed to post off. I didn't have chance to get to the post office because of being quite busy at work, so it kept putting it off and the buyer even started to chase me up.
I eventually took it to work with me one day, found collectmyparcel.com online, and booked a collection.
They literally arrived at my workplace within the hour to collect it. It was so quick that I hadn't even finished sealing the box yet (he kindly waited for me).
Great service, and this saved me having to find time to get to the postoffice whilst busy at work.

Very helpful and good value from start to finish. Instructions could have been a little clearer though we're pretty good. I hadn't realized that with next day delivery I should have stated the drop off day not the delivery day. I contacted collect my parcel over the weekend and they contacted UPS first thing on Monday to check what to do and it turned out I could just take it to the drop of point a day early and could use the same label. The gentleman at UPS drop off in Bromsgrove was pleasant and helpful. The tracking worked well. The delivery was made on time and only cost £26 including insurance for a £250 18kg bulky parcel. The driver carried the parcel into the house for my Mum who is in her 70s. Thank you very much. Would use again.

After accidentally leaving some of my belongings in a hotel room, I contacted collectmyparcel to organise their collection. And despite not knowing the exact weight or size of the package, a helpful chap named Richard gave me a very reasonable price and facilitated the collection and delivery of my belongings. I'd certainly recommend collectmyparcel to anyone who needs a courier.

I was a little concerned that I had never heard of them before but I was also anoyed that parcel wanted to charge me a lot more to collect my parcel.It was a PC so it was bulky.Although a collection time could not be specified it was collected early in the day agreed.All in all I am very pleased with the service received
