I ordered a king size fitted sheet
I ordered a king size fitted sheet, they didn't specify it was a UK king, and not a US king. They knew the order was being shipped to USA, but never mentioned it wouldn't fit my mattress. When I contacted them, they whined about being a small company, and wouldn't send a prepaid return label. They obviously don't care about their customers.

As a UK based company, we display UK sizing on our website. All measurements are available on our size chart, which is linked directly on the Yellow Candy Stripe bedlinen product page. We have many customers in the USA, and we’ve found that the size chart usually provides the clarity needed when choosing the correct size.
We understand how frustrating it can be when an item doesn’t match expectations, however, the item you received is the item that was ordered and in line with our return policy, we cover return costs only when there is an error on our part, or a fault with the item.

I have not yet recovered my goods. They are due to arrive June 1 st all being well. The delivery options were not good so I’ve opted for yeep but nothing was available until 29 th

I'm a proper bed linen snob. I bought the red checked bed linen from Cologne and Cotton and it is just GORGEOUS. Not only did it arrive really quickly, but the set is lovely. Really crisp and fresh but so easy to iron. Lovely colour. Just perfect. Next time I need bed linen I'm going straight back to Cologne and Cotton.
