The product itself is excellent but …
The product itself is excellent. But you are so hard to do business with.
1. you don’t allow our non UK addressed but UK bank card to be used on your website. So we have to fumble via family members to order from you .
2. the colours on your website are not at all true to life. Staff in your Marylebone shop tell us ‚ that’s normal, everyone knows internet photos aren‘t true to life
3. there is no way to set an alert to say ‚tell me when this product is back in stock‘
4. and the dogtooth blue range CONSTANTLY has some vital part out of stock.
If you just fixed one ofvthe above it would help…

Regarding your enquiries, we do allow non UK addresses; however, the address where the bank card is registered must match the billing address for security purposes. Different display technologies all produce colour differently, and we do our best to ensure that the images on our website are as accurate as possible.
We do not yet offer email alerts, but this is something we are working on. In the meantime, if you contact our friendly Mail Order team, they will let you know when the out of stock item becomes available again.

Honestly described and good quality product
Saw the body butter reviewed in the mail on Sunday magazine.
Ordered it and the response from cologne and cotton was polite and positive. Product delivered well by the carrier within two days of ordering. It was for a present so can’t say how the product was. But it smelled good and was well presented so made a good impression on me . Excellent !
