Karen, who arranged for the items to be sent out to me was lovely. She was so helpful and even although the item I was interested was out of stock online she still managed to find me one. I also received 10% off as a new customer she said and she also sent me some lovely cotton bags and samples too.

It isn’t about the quality of the goods…
It isn’t about the quality of the goods it’s for the bad experience I had with the carrier.They didn’t come near my address and the computer generated messages kept continuing being adamant that the driver hadn’t been able to deliver the parcel because there wasn’t anyone at the address,which wasn’t true,it went on for 2 days.But on Monday the parcel was delivered at the time stated by a driver in à DPD van.I wonder if the original communication was a scam?

I purchased two orders online, they arrived within 24 hours. So efficient, just brilliant. I also rang one of the shops to check if an item was in stock, it wasn’t but she offered to check all the other shops and was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The customer service in this company is superb, the best I have ever come across.
