Avoid buying anything from this company at all cost. Bought skip the line tickets. When we arrived the queue was over 50 meters long and we were told we had to join the queue. We weren't able to do this activity in the time we had allocated to it as we would have spent all of it in the queue. Company refused to refund us even though we were mis-sold. Companies such as these should not be allowed to operate.

Poorly signposted, difficult to find, location instructions were conflicting. Make sure you find the venue plenty of time in advance, they won’t wait more than 10 seconds for you even though you have tickets booked. Lost out on 140 euros, had the option to go the next day for an additional 40 euros. Absolute joke and shocking customer service. No one available to fix the problem. We wanted to celebrate our engagement but instead lost a lot of money for nothing and left us really sad and frustrated.

I do not recommend! I bought dinners on Senna River Cruise but due to bad weather the cruise was cancelled. I requested a refund of the amount paid but so far I have not been answered. Terrible experience!

We were in Paris during this past Christmas week. We purchased Moulin Rouge tickets for Christmas Day 2021 through Come To Paris on October 28. We received notification from Come to Paris on December 23 that the show had been cancelled and we were given options to rebook, credit, or a refund. The latter was our only option as we would not be returning to Paris. We requested a refund from Come to Paris on December 25. They replied on December 25 and attempted to sell us a credit, to which replied on December 25 that a refund of 314€ was the only option. Since then there has been no reply. We wrote once again on January 3 asking when the refund would be processed, and again have receive no reply or refund to our bank account. It has been two weeks since our request for a refund without any action.

Looking on the site for 2 days for activities for New years eve....they all of a sudden 403 forbidden on every internet service I can get my hand on.... ridiculous

Drama. They don’t take their own policy serious. This company is the worst and most unprofessional one. Pure scam.

We arrived at 20u10 and it was said it started at 20. So we were late... but it was 20.45. But great service and quick response.

We had a good time but there were a few things that could be improved on. The food was OK but not the quality that I expected. The seating was quite cramped. The music list could be more of a restaurant style playlist. Finally, the embankment locations was changed hours before the set time, which couldn't be helped but it would be nice to be offered a complimentary glass of wine for having to change everyone's plans and catch public transport out of Paris.

The drinks were nice and the service was good. Ride was smooth as well.

Working with Come To Paris for group bookings to arrange city tours, private guides, airport transfers, etc. has been wonderful. They are prompt, professional and services booked have been highly satisfactory.

The best service. I chose the wrong date in my ticket and Come to Paris team change it for correct one. Thank you very much!

We have visited Musée d'Orsay and Bateaux-Mouches tour
In Musée d'Orsay you will find a great masterpieces the will esstonish you, the museum is not that big so you can enjoy it, very recomended

The Bateaux-Mouches was very nice, the sound on the boat is not so good and in part of the time you will missed explanations, maybe it better to take more private and quiet tour on the siean.
