Booked a dinner cruise through Come to Paris and it was great - easy to book, pay and get confirmation/tickets. Would use again. Dinner cruise on Bateaux Parisens was excellent - great boat, food, drink and staff!

Huge help to plan our few days in Paris!!

Messed up our reservations not once but twice. Over booked the Saturday night sitting, received 10 phone calls from them, rebooked for Friday night only to arrive and be told we had been booked in for Thursday when we had yet to even arrive in the country. Awaiting response from customer services and our full refund. Would not recommend.

Terrible service. I contacted them because I got sick with the flu, bronchitis, had a doctors note and they didn’t let me reschedule so I lost 200 euros

All went quite well, we enjoyed the stay.

We chose the Bateaux Parisiens Dinner Cruise down the Seine River and were very happy with our experience! We had a table by the window and all of our food was delicious. Our server spoke very good English and made us feel welcome and took good care of us. The view was spectacular at night.

Tickets didn’t work and we were then refused a refund. Terrible service and won’t be recommending them to anyone.

We could only travel towards new Paris, as the boat was too tall for old Paris.

The bateaux never moved. They told us it was because the level of the river but we saw many boats that were operating and bigger than our boat.

The food was cold and not as expected. The service of the waitress the worst! We need to wait 45 minutes to come for the first time the server.

In general, a very bad decision prendre this bateaux.

The boot was over full.
Waiting for 1 extra hour to depart, so people that where realy late to board.
So the boat was not going to lose any money..
Music only directed from the middle to the front of the boot.
So when you are seated in the back of the boat there is no party just toilets.

The food and evening aboard our cruise was great. For the money, the biggest issue was the boat never left the port stating it was sitting to unable to clear under the bridges. However, numerous other boats much taller than our boat were passing by and had ample clearance.

For the cost, that should have constituted a partial refund. If we would have left port, then it would have been worth every penny in regards to food and atmosphere.

First, the departure location changed without notice. As a result there was a lot of confusion among my party and where to find the boat. This caused a lot of stress before the local tourism booth was able to guide us to the bus transport.

Secondly, the last course of our dinner (tea/coffee and small desserts) was not given at all. We were also not given the chance to have our picture taken by the professional photographer on board.

The food served was good but the above dampened our overall experience. Requests for a partial refund were not responded to at all.

We booked for seven and advised the booking company and the concierge when we arrived we were only six. I asked if we could be credited with the 100 Euro. Rather than having for example six glasses of champagne or a nice bottle of wine from the wine list we were offered two bottles of the cheapest red wine worth maybe 15 Euros. Our complaint to the waiter and the Captain of the boat were to no avail. He supposedly was not authorized to take any customer focused decision. We accepted one bottle as we were driving . The bottle was “boo hon” or corked but was replaced. Three people who ate beau were sick that night including one seriously. Photos are 20 euro each but the 6 th one is free if you buy 5! Seriously this is a tourist trap and I advise people to choose the competition . Never again and we live in Paris!!!

Our waiter was the best! Made our experience that much better. Highly recommend it.
