Great training experience. I attended the NRSWA course today with Lee Goodall and it was delivered in a clear, engaging, and professional way. The course was well organised and the explanations were easy to understand, with useful real-world examples. Lee made the session interactive and ensured everyone was comfortable with the material. I would definitely recommend this course to others looking to complete their NRSWA training.!!!

So having to work for these did one week didn't get paid got told they re charged me for attending their payed induction days absolutely dis respectfull any isp gives them contracts should seriously pull them back

Engineer installed Broadband for flat above me but proceeded to fix the fibre box next to my bedroom wall downstairs. I wasn't asked and I told the Engineer permission hadn't been sought from the property owner to attach it. I didnt want the box next to my bedroom wall. The Engineer became rude, offensive, told me to F off and called me insane. Carried on with the works in my garden knowing they had no permission from my Landlord. No callback from the Area Manager. Totally unprofessional company. Will be getting the box removed thanks.

Has to be the worst run company , they do not care about there employees at all , they cannot even supply a p45 on time and reward the wrong people , give them a wide birth

Their van reg DY24 ZUC parked at the end of my drive this morning whilst I was working from home, left their doors open blasting loud, inappropriate music at a ridiculous volume. No respect for home workers or even night shift workers who need to sleep during the day.

Awful company and try to come on land without permission and supervisor is a threatening man stay away from these and virgin

So a major road has been closed by these contractors and I’ve been watching them chatting a snaking all day arms folded doing next to nothing while the cause major inconvenience to the public! This is day 2 and again nothing happening leaning on shovels doing the bare minimum. The roads gonna be closed for at least a week BUT if they actually pulled there trousers up and got on with the work maybe just maybe it would take half the time and half the cost to tax payers!

Worst company iv ever worked for, 99% of staff are really unprofessional and have a big lack of common sense, as i come from a professional/business background they try to make out like im the one slacking! Lol
Iv witnessed multiple times team managers smoking drugs in company vehicles and then same managers would say why am i reading the racing post on my phone on my lunch break!! Seriously
And the big one, this company is literally the reason why an old lady recently passed because of their absolute lack of health and safety procedures and risk assessment procedures not followed correctly, true story! So please avoid this company, so shocked they still running to be honest

Zero stars a shambles this company waiting for a cable pull for my internet with virgin media. I am calling every day to chase the job they do t give a monkeys i keep getting told the same thing by everyone who answers your call is passed on and someone will call you. A disgusting customer service not experienced anything like it before. I am promised a call back with an update everyday but no one has called for over 2 weeks. The workman who did an initial visit were rude and full of excuses to not do the work.

Absolutely totally need a good slap , they work 3rd party to virgin media.
Two no shows to do a repull as I've had no TV for month, no call to explain or apologies why they've not come out , and virgin media are no better off , their sales team needs retraining.
I'm moving to Sky end August ,soon as contract with virgun runs out .

This company is a joke, 3 promised call backs regarding a complaint about how they left a real mess outside my property after installing a virgin media cable box, also very suspicious engineer walking up and down the road looking at people's property, looked like he was casing them out, will now progress to police and trading standards, BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY......

Was a joke to work for a few years ago. Really thought they would've gone under by now.

Recently I decided to make the switch to Community Fibre, on the basis that Fibre to Fibre broadband has to be the next level for internet. There are now fibre terminals in every telephone pole in London boroughs to bring this about. The difficulty is then to connect from the fibre terminal in the pole to the flat. I was a bit worried beforehand that this might involve drilling through the brickwork. I'm very impressed by Steve, Josh and their colleague at Comex 2000 who installed it. They managed to find an unused satellite wiring that was coming through, pull out the unused cable and use this as the entry point. Then they had to connect the telegraph pole to the first floor flat. All I will say is.. Ladders do not faze these guys! There's now a ridiculous high-speed internet around the flat, for half the price of what I had been paying. Next level. Thanks Steve, Josh and the guys @ Comex 2000 and Community Fibre for setting this up!

Staff working on a property are leaving cables dangling everywhere on the public pavement. Would be nice if your staff took safety more seriously... either that or I'll trip and sue you for millions.
