However, we note your comments and, as with any reported quality concern, we would like the opportunity to investigate the issue and inspect the product in question.

Poor quality and expensive for what it is!

I am a mechanic and since moving to Ireland comline parts are just about everywhere, the only remotely good part I've fitted from them is their coated brake discs, everything else has been terrible.

Oil and fuel filters collapse and tear before the service interval is up. Suspension parts fail quickly and I even had a ball joint right out of the box feel loose. They say their prices are good but actually if you just take a minute to look online you can get good quality brands for the same price, for example their oil and fuel filters cost the same as mahle, bosch, mann etc.

As for suspension parts I bought a ball joint for a Skoda Octavia for 15 pound from comline and it failed within a few months. I managed to get a Delphi one for 12 pound and never had an issue since.

I would strongly recommend avoiding!

Just buy genuine parts, you will save in the long run.

Ordered front drop link bars for ford fiesta 2009 ( aluminium ones ) 10 months old and 3000 miles later one of them is knocking already.

The original ford drop links lasted over 10 years and 65000 miles so lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

I did email comline to try and find out why they failed so early but I haven't received a response.
