Wrote two support tickets about failing equipment in a shared apartment, both were repaired within three days without any problems. Generally, Common at Broadridge offers a great place to live in.

I spent years as a customer service specialist and can confidently say that Rachelle provided the best customer service I have ever received. From our first interaction, Rachelle exhibited excellent communication skills, confirming the problem I was experiencing and clearly explaining how and when the problem would be resolved. In all our interactions Rachelle remained professional while also expressing genuine care and concern for the frustration I was experiencing. Rachelle’s exemplary handling of our interactions rapidly changed my mood and sentiment from frustrated to grateful which lasted through the resolution of my issue as Rachelle had indicated it would be resolved. Rachelle is a genuine asset to the customer service team and I can only hope is put in a position where other’s can learn from Rachelle’s fantastic customer service skills.

The person that helped us, Jessil, was fantastic! She was kind, understanding, and got us the help we needed fast. We would recommend her customer support to anyone who needs assistance quickly, and who wants to feel like they are understood and being cared for.

I have not stayed at any of Common's rental. I have scheduled a virtual tour of a rental unit near midtown NYC. They sent way too many emails and texts to confirm the tour, but yet never the link to the virtual tour. I tried to ask a few times but no response on that, but more texts to ask me to confirm the virtual tour. The communication has been very confusing that I unfortunately decided to discontinue the process. The business model makes sense, but not the operation.
The high-tech, Cleanliness, tenant support, and most of all the price.

The absolute worst apartment management I've ever had to deal with. Impossible to reach anyone even when their faulty electronic door locks stop you from being able to get into your own apartment for multiple days straight. And when you move out, they will invent charges out of thin air to steal your security deposit and refuse to address any dispute you attempt. The building is in a constant state of disrepair with many of the promised amenities either broken or simply absent entirely; the community lounge was constantly locked or being taken over as an office by Common Staff, the package receptacle never worked in my entire 12-month lease, the apartment doors and the front doors of the building were constantly broken and would go unaddressed for weeks at a time, package theft is constant, unhoused people were living in the lobby and garbage room, noise violations were constant and were often paired with glass bottles being hurled from the rooftop down into the atrium below, which the management refused to address, etc. The only time the management ever fixes anything is when they are about to give a tour to a new tenant they are trying to sucker in. Do NOT consider moving into a Common apartment

I especially had a great experience with the member support team (Kaitlin and Wanita) !
I initially moved in in one of the Common buildings (which is really nice) and noticed an error in my contract only afterwards. Kaitlin was very diligent and took the time to analyze the matter with Wanita and they managed to get me a favorable outcome on the matter.

Common Monroe 3431 13th st ,the worst place that Human being can experience, if I was not stuck with contract terms ,I will run not walk from this resident, I have experience many situations that I don't even have the words to express, from rude customer service who only knows how charge you extra money for their own problems such as lock out because doors are only opens through the App or key card ,not following up on the problems it's self, iam not here to scare you but put extra money and have your own place and have a Pease of mind because this place it will make ur blood pressure goes up every time u face an issue .

Common Bonner is out of bounds and has been engaging in harassing me and trying to shake me down for money which does not belong to them as well as engaging in deception. I moved out of common many months ago. They had a special case with me where they checked my apartment for damages that day I left, so I would receive my deposit sooner. They emailed me saying there were no damages and everything was good. All of a sudden, a month later they begin to harass me intensely begging me for 100 dollars and falsely reporting damages. They tried to rush me out of the apartment to get a new renter and I guess when they didn’t they began harassing me and draining me for over four to five months to the date of this morning. Common Bonner is guilty of dishonesty, theft, and and extreme mental and emotional harassment. They will be sued for the damages they have caused me and the extreme anxiety which has affected my ability to work and take care of myself. They will be stopped for their inappropriate behavior.

Only been here for 5 days that I want to leave. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I requested a parking garage spot when I filled out the application and because of their poor management skill ,they missed to assign me a spot and yet towed my car despite several reminders the past 2 days.
DO NOT APPLY, that's my advice

Common has a creepy maintenance man that continues to enter my apartment illegally. I do not have any roommates so I tend to be in the apartment naked. As I entered my kitchen after my shower I was terrified to see the maintenance man leaving my apartment. My complaint about this horrifying activity so far has gone unanswered. This would be perhaps the fourth or fifth time this has happened.
