Really not a simple process. Lack of communication from companies made simple dragged out my company only to be rectified when I chased them.

There are required identity verification steps that must be completed before an application can progress as we must meet the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
I have checked the account information and can see that we contacted you to advise the ID checks had failed. Once we had contact from you, these were resolved and the application was submitted to Companies House.
