Great service in terms of many options available to register company with explanations of what each is so not getting confused, also selecting process and completing form very easy. We will only submit a company for registration by Companies House once we are entirely satisfied with the quality of ID supplied for the members of the company.
On March 4th Companies House upgraded their ID requirements and we have noticed that registrations are taking significantly longer to process since then; we are hopeful that this will be a temporary glitch in their service.
