A Couple of Hiccups…
Excellent website with full information on products. Fast confirmation of order. Lost a star as paid for Next Day Mainland Delivery but delivery took 2 days. Another whoopsie - when the box was opened out popped a grey frame instead of the ordered blue. However it still looks good and is of little consequence as the Walking Trolley is just brilliant.

I was assured the bed would arrive…
I was assured the bed would arrive Tuesday afternoon. It arrived Wednesday afternoon causing huge inconvenience.
I was told that I would be called the morning of delivery. This did not happen.
The delivery company gave a delivery slot of around 8 - 9 am then continued to put this time back. The bed finally arrived at about 2:30pm

Poor quality items and poor customer…
Poor quality items and poor customer service. I bought the £66 Pippa Pill Dispenser from Complete Care Shop and within two days my father who has dementia had managed to snap the flimsy plastic lock on the back to gain access to all his pills. Thankfully he didn't take them all. This item is cheap quality and easy to break the lock, so if the person you are buying this for has dementia and is likely to mess about with the lock, don't buy it - it's not safe. I contacted Complete Care Shop about this issue to give them a chance to help put this right - given £66 is not a cheap item and it would be fair to expect it to last more than two days - and their response was 'it's disappointing this has happened but tough luck as we can't resell it'. I was not looking for a full refund, but some sort of effort to make this right would have been appreciated - given the problem is down to the poor quality of the item. As it is - the item is now dangerous to use and only fit for the bin. I would suggest the Tab Time Dispenser instead as it is much more durable. Also I can't recommend Complete Care Shop - as they're are really not very caring at all.

As discussed, the damage was caused when your father attempted to access the pill dispenser using a kitchen utensil. Unfortunately, this would be classed as customer‑caused damage, which means the item would not be eligible for return to our warehouse for a full refund.
That said, I did want to ensure we supported you where possible. During our conversation, I offered a gesture of goodwill, which you kindly accepted, and arrangements are currently being made to process this. Although we appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, we do hope it demonstrates our willingness to help.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies that you have been dissatisfied with the handling of this issue. Your feedback is important to us and helps us to continually improve the service we provide.
