Complete RPI and Matt Gabb work perfectly to help me rent a property in Cambridge. As I was moving from EU to UK, they gave me a clear guidance on what documents I should provide, and once I submitted the documents to their system, they responded always efficiently to let me know the progress and what I should do next. Extremely disappointed and shocked to deal with this agency ! I faced severe security concern regarding main door not closing inspite of several complaints they were unable to resolve and instead accused me of not responding to any calls or msgs whereas the agent had miscommunicated my numbers .When I sent in all the proof to the agency to look into it Tomy completely refused and started giving lame excuses .Their customer service , professionalism is awful and when I finally decided to leave due to a family emergency they put heavy early termination charges without giving me any breakdown of how they came up with this amount as their property was rented as soon as I left !! They made me and my minors suffer , dint care a bit or admitted their mistake once .They only want money from tenant without providing any proof .I have rested my case to God and I know they will be held and made accountable for all the wrongs they did and lied to me .Tomy and Yusra hve created a lot of issues and they are never aware of what’s happening always need time to investigate ..They have not followed any code of ethics or govt guidelines and I won’t forget what nuisance they have caused me and my children .Wish someone could look into it and ask them to pay me for the stress , nuisance and inconvenience caused !!

The worst agency I have ever dealt with.

I was repeatedly lied to by agents regarding move in dates and work being done at the property prior to moving in which in resulted in not being able to start my new job, losing a weeks pay, only to move from a different city and find the property still in appealing condition with carpets and entire property smelling like cat urine. The agency did not fix this until over a month after, so I had to live with all windows open for a month having no other choice.

On top of that, the wrong energy supplier was listed in my check in report, which resulted in Shell saying I owe them over £1,000 in bills from a one bedroom property over the period of 6 months, and I am unable to close the case as the meter cupboards on the property are locked and the agency has not provided me with a closing reading for over two weeks since my move out date. I have also still not received a word about my deposit.

Avoid this agency ad all possible costs if you value your sanity and money.

Recently, my unit rented out by RPI has reached the end of tenancy. RPI helped me find a new tenant at a market price that was very reasonable. I was also advised accordingly on the new term that the new tenant has asked and was explained properly by Matt to me that it was indeed reasonable. Matt was very professional. With that, I accepted the new tenant. I am happy to have RPI manage my unit for renting.
Also, there is also Yosra that was very helpful too.

Bradlee engaged me early on the renewal of the tenancy and explained the renewal options very clearly to me. His response to my queries were immediate and provided excellent advice and perspectives on the rental market which greatly facilitated my decisions on the tenancy. Bradlee is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I know my property will be in his good hands. Thank you Bradlee!

Worse company I've had the misfortune to know.
High staff turn over, so you never know who to contact.
When you do get to speak with someone they are rude and it takes months for anything to get done.
They get contractors to add 10% to their bill so they can make extra off the landlords

Complete RPI have been managing a rental property which they originally found for me to buy nearly 20 years ago. There have been a few ups and downs in that time but overall they have provided an efficient, care-free service. Olivia at RPI is now handling the sale of this property. She has found several interested buyers. I have now accepted the best offer. Oliovia has found an excellent conveyancer and is helping me to assemble all the info the conveyancer needs to close the sale. Simple, quick, hassle-free. Highly recommended.
