Avoid

I've been renting apartment through Complete RPI for a year from April 2022 and they don't deserve even 1 star.

First I got incomplete set of keys (missing keys to the post box, fob to enter the building), then when I arrived at the apartment it turned out that it was never cleaned after being completed (it was brand new apartment) - there was dust from wall sanding everywhere.
They never managed to arrange for the missing keys or replace the lock to the post box, needed to do that on my own after 6 months waiting time.

Same with appliances - dishwasher broke down in the beginning of August. I lost count on number of tickets raised through their crappy portal and calls made to the office. Property manager was never available and never called back despite promises. It was on warranty and couldn't do anything about it since all required docs were with Complete RPI...

They messed up even annual check up of the apartment - got message from 3rd party company they're using 2 days before the visit, no message / notification from Complete RPI. In the end the person that was supposed to check apartment arrived 0.5h early and left before scheduled time - now they're trying to charge me for the cancelled visit.

Avoid.

Very unprofessional. been over a month and severe mould (causes health probloms) is not fixed

Very unprofessional. unhelpful !! been dealing with a very intense mould situation for over a month. The keys have been left with the concierge for weeks and my apartment was attempted once, where the mould was wiped off. The shower in one of the bathrooms is still not working, and no work has been done to fix the issue causing the mould ( the leaking pipes )., still did not get any compensation neither did they fix the issue. was told that 'the developer has attended to cleaning as the interim for a permanent solution'.
did not get an anticipated time frame, and the mould came back into my apartment. I've alarmed them many times that my sister is vulnerable and suffers from asthma and can get asthma attacks when she gets exposed to mould. and my issue is still not fixed! very Unprofessional.
been sending emails the last week and did not get any response!

They admit bad service in the past ... it is still awful

Complete RPI have written to me saying I have agreed to something that I had no knowledge of; Re-reimbursing the tenants for something they have broken. They also have a very simple portal which my wife has been waiting 2 years to get access to.
We have had such bad service that we have given notice to leave. Our new agent has asked if we can get out of the 3 month notice but we have been advised that there would be a fee to leave prematurely. We have asked for the amount in four separate emails. Although we received a reply, they are unable to give us an amount. This is so straightforward; I do get the impression that they make it up as they go along.

Complete useless property management…

Completely useless property management company. High staff turnover and lack of management oversight. Very frustrating to get any response or replies.

Very unprofessional property management…

Very unprofessional property management and letting services company. They promise to do the work and do not deliver it. Their property management personnel are not reachable over the phone or email, and do not feel ownership for the work that they get paid to do including the work that they promise/commit to do to others. Rating of 1 is too high for this company. I would give it 0 if it were available.

This is a totally terrible renting…

This is a totally terrible renting experience,for that the furniture is broken but no one is responsible for solving it!I checked in on September 14th and found that the support structure under the bed was damaged and there was no way to sleep. I gave feedback for the first time, but until today my appeal has not been resolved!I emailed for many times but nobody help me. I just want to know when I can actually “move in”,and uphold my rights. Plz solve it as soon as possible.

Terrible service

All went well until Complete RPI took over management. Paid for nagging to be done, drove 4 hours round trip to carry out my own snagging too. Asked for a report to say work had been completed and was told there wasn't one.

Horrible letting and management options

One of the worst experience and worst letting agency all over the UK, I was a tenant and received zero support, zero understanding and very disappointing check-in and -out experience!

I am here to advise everyone to be very cautious and stay away if they can!! Liers about the provided service, don't try to solve any issue in the property, accuse you of exaggerating your problems, very long times to response, absolute waste!

A catalogue of letting and management errors

A catalogue of letting and management errors. Overpayment of council tax and service charges, incomplete and incredibly confusing accounting. Very poor communication. My existing letting is about to end and no-one at Complete RPI is dealing with it, nor responding to my email requests. They massively oversell their services and are really poor on delivery. I had hoped they would be a great property management partner for a large portfolio, but they failed badly with the first test they got.
