Horrendous delivery times and non existent customer support
Do not trust their delivery times. We ordered items last year that were "in stock" their confirmation email as well as their website claimed they would dispatch within a day and they took over a month to dispatch after asking us for additional money because they miscalculated shipping. We gave them another go earlier this week and again even though we made sure to select items that were in stock and available for shipping and they confirmed via email that they would deliver within 1-2 days the items are no showing as not in stock and getting in touch with customer service is impossible. They are not replying to either emails or phone calls. They might have competitive prices but their customer service and delivery times are horrendous.
Horible cuustomer service, horible shipping standards
Don't pay for the safe shipping as your items will still arrive broken. there are no markings on the box if things are fragile, and boxes are left loose bouncing around inside a larger box.
Customer service take weeks to respond to complaint emails, and will also decline return requests for items damaged in shipping.

Was told that i would not be getting starfield promo code with my purchase because of a "confusion" on their part. They proceeded to say that they will try to give me my code but "No promises".
I would not recommend buying from them due to their terrible customer support as well as the treatment of your packages. Almost all packages will come to you opened or even torn.

customer support is terrible
And no, maybe the goods there are normal, excluding the percentage of defects, but ignoring the store does not go anywhere.
And you know what, if you pay by card, the store can ignore you for months, but if you pay with PayPal, they react because they are afraid for their money.
My order of components (2000 euros) flew to Panama instead of Moldova and was stuck there for almost a month, not moving, mail support says contact the store, but the store ignores it.
Draw your own conclusions, but I don’t recommend buying there for an amount of money that you would be sorry to lose.
upd. On August 24, the return of all items from the order appeared in the store’s personal account, but after 2 weeks from this date there is no return to the card, the store still ignores it.

❗Worst online shopping experience in over 20 years and the "best" part is I didn't buy anything😆.
Avoid this store.
Chronology.
1. On the 15th of August I place an order including delivery + premium support (ha ha) for the amount of about 620 euros (Paid in Thai Baht, I live in Thailand)
2. The parcel quickly begins to be tracked in the DHL system.
3. But after a week, the status of the parcel suddenly changes to “Return to Sender”. As we managed to find out from indirect evidence, a not smart DHL employee noticed the presence of Lithium Ion batteries in the parcel, but they were not there, the delivery was wrong.
4. My order is being returned to the warehouse of this evil store.
5. No one responds to support emails within 24 hours as they say, there is no support chat, I start calling. As it turned out later, these calls made no sense. Rude support person told me to wait. Well, ok, I’m waiting, I think that: a normal store will now just resend my parcel and that’s it...
6. No, this store is not normal, I have never seen more stupid and illogical actions on the Internet selling.
7. The store initiates a refund through the banking system, and after another two weeks I receive a refund, taking into account conversion and other banking crap, I receive almost 50 euros less than what I sent. Plus also talked to “support” about 10 euros for international calls.
8. Wrote about this to “support”. They replied: SORRY and that’s it.
9. Here’s a true story for you guys, how easy it is to give someone in the banking system 50 euros because of disregard for terrible customer service.
10. If you are tempted by low prices in this store and are still ready to order something there, re-read this text again before ordering, in case of any problems they will simply tell you: sorry.

Was honestly worried after reading the online reviews. Especially after one of the items I ordered was marked as "available at short notice". Was expecting a prolonged event and major hassle. Pleasantly surprised. All 3 items arrived 1 week and 1 day after ordering online. All genuine parts and all in good condition. Having said that, while the prices are excellent, the delivery costs are twice that of Paradigit so the savings are slightly diminished. Still managed to save over 10% on a €320 order. Obviously there are some issues with the customer service and delivery aspects of this company given the percentage of bad reviews, but my first experience with them absolutely met my expectations. 10/10 :)
Don't rely on their support
Good prices and good products, but pray to never need their customer support.
I've sent a motherboard back to repair, it took almost 3 months to receive it back with missing parts (such as wifi antenna and backplate) and not in the original package anymore.
After over 4 months of emails back and forth I finally received the missing parts, along with some extra sata cables (don't know why).
But to finish with a cherry on top:
I changed address in February. I changed my address on my profile AND sent in one of the emails that I've updated my address and had it written down just to avoid any confusion. They still managed to send the parcel to my old address (empty building), and it took almost a week of struggle and few emails of old proof of address to get the parts from the post office.

Ordered a samsung odyssey g7 32 inch 240hz gaming monitor in may 30th with their option for premium packaging totaling 650euros. What a received a few days later was as crappy chinese Dyon 32 inch lcd tv worth about 100eur. Tried to contacat their costumer support via multiple channels but was mostly unsucessful. The filled thw return form on the website, clearly stating that the product i received was a completely diferent and urelated to the product i payed for. Their reply to this, and thus far the only reply i ever got, was at least sadly laughable. They replied that in order to authorize a return i had to provide pictures of the product damages or defects and describe them thoroughly. Its as they didnt even bother reading what i wrote in the return reason field in their own website form. I replied and restated the problem. They never replied to this. Then sent multiple emails but none were met with a Response. Finnaly had to dispute this sale on paypal were they replied every time in under 24hrs. Facing the evidence sent on paypal they proposed a refund if the received product was sent back. They provided a shipping label and tracking ref. and i sent the product back. Then they never acused the reception of said product. The shipping label provided by them, was a dhl return label, that went to a collect point and not their address. Was delived to the collect point 2 days after shipping and no more updates have ever come of it. On the last day of open dispute had to raise the issue to a paypal complaint. Paypal sided with me and issued a refund. Took 2 monts to solve this problem. Horrible costumer support. Horrible business practices, horrible professionalis. Do not buy from them.
Great prices bad communication…
They have great prices and good products most of the time but the support is dreadful.
I have ordered a graphics card + power source + other things. They arrived last week but the power source had a short circuit and blew the fuzzes in my house. I called them and they said they will call back. After 1 week I am told that I need to send the product back, they will check it and see what they can do then they gave me something to stick on the package for return. They could have done that 1st time I talked to them.
Most of the calls I waited more than 10 minutes without talking with a person then the call was closed.
2 years ago I ordered quite a few things and it took more than one month to be delivered. In the end they needed to cancel the order made as company and use my personal card.
