‪Worst online experience ever ever…

‪Worst online experience ever ever ever. I received the cooking hob extra packed in karton box. The karton box was in good condition, well packed and when I opened it, I found out that the original product package was heavily damaged. The white styrofoam protection was broken in 3 parts. Also I found small scratches on the bottom of the product and when I took it I heard a sound from metal part rolling inside the product.
For me it was very disappointing that the seller knew that and despite this it send me a damaged product.
After sale service was missing.
I filled in the return form on the seller's website and got an email that its customer service will contact me. After one week of silence I called the customer service number but there was no answer. There was no single sign that there is customer service or it want to help me.
As I paid with PayPal, I opened a claim case for received damaged product.
My tipp: Always but from seller offering PayPal payments.
After opened the case the seller also didn't respond and was needed to wait around a month. This is the time PayPal allows to the seller to respond. After the case was closedin my favour I need to send the damaged product back to the seller AT MY EXPENSES and wait few days until the seller confirms that it received the product. Then finally I got my money back, without reimbursement of my expenses for the return.

Lying about stock availability

Ordered from them on 4/7/23. The product was in stock and ready to ship immediately, apparently.
But when I made the order, after 3 days I received an email from them saying that the product is expected to be back in stock on 10/7/23. And right now,

"Unfortunately, this deadline was exceeded by our supplier. Our purchase department is already taking care of this"

Complete non-sense. Stop freaking lying about your stock availability.

False advertising regarding availability.

An item on their store was stated to be in stock and would ship on the same day.

After the order was made, I recieved no information regarding the status of my order, the website had no track order functionality without an account, after I contacted the store they notified me the product isn't in stock and it's expected to come to their warehouse in 3 days.

False advertising.

I ordered 8 items from their site all…

I ordered 8 items from their site all in stock. I even received an email from them that delivery time is 2 days. When I went into my account it said that only 3 items were in stock 5 were not. I asked them if they can confirm that items are in stock I've got no reply. On their site it still says that every item is in stock and immediately available. They are lying to their costumers.

Fast shipping & good prices

Some people are really addicted to complaining , i was shocked when i saw so many bad reviews which is not right according to my experience with them & after i bought 5 times from them .
Shipping and prices were very good and better than those on amazon and ebay . packages always arrived in good condition despite being me out side europe so long distance and still arrives in good condition

i have paid 4702 Euro and ordered Dji mavic 3 pro dron.Order number is 2023051710231883.Before order they commitment delivery time 2 days.Today 5th day.There is not any update about my order.i have sent 4 mail but there is no answer.i have called telphone number but no answer.i am afraid about my money!!!!

Ordered Razer Tomahawk A1 with same day…

Ordered Razer Tomahawk A1 with same day shipping on 27 Apr, today is 17th May and my order still not shipped and I've not received a single reply for a few queries about what is going on behind the scenes. This almshouse is probably ran by a few men in a garage. Stay away if you want to rely your PC build on them.

UPDATE: 31th May, still no refund or the delivery of the item. 1 reply received saying that they can't refund because item is sent and an investigation with DHL has been launched. Meanwhile the tracking says that they just printed shipping label electronically and never handed the parcel over to DHL.

PC parts for a build to be deliver in Malta

Ordered PC parts for a build. I had CPU, motherboard, memory, SSD, cooler, PSU, video card and a case. In total was almost 4000 euros.

I have payed for "Premiumversand", which should mean better packaging, according to the wording. The delivery took 20 days from order. Even given that there were two European national holidays, I still consider this a lot.

Selection on the site is very good and so are prices. Sometimes it seems that items "in stock" are not always instantly available to deliver, but in my case it took a couple of days to get them.

Since the package first got stuck in Frankfurt, I have tried to contact email support. It took them three days to reply.

Second time the package got stuck in Malta with the comment that the box is deteriorated and that items were missing. When contacting computeruniverse about this, it still took three days to reply to my email and they have said that everything is fine.

The package was unblocked after a week in limbo and Maltapost decided to deliver it to me. Upon arrival, one side of the box was completely destroyed. Motherboard and PSU showed signs of hits. The case was packed upside down (or components were placed at the bottom of the box). The memory was just thrown in the box without any support. It took blind luck that it didn't fell out. Pretty much every other box took some hits.

I would have expected that premium packaging is a bit more premium than a battered box.

I think computeruniverse is good for deliveries in Germany, but stay away if you want international shipment.

Also, support should be more helpful when there is trouble.

Customer service is bad, everthing else was fine

I ordered 5 computer parts 3 years ago and got them in like 10 days and everthing is still working. Now I ordered again and they first refund my computer case and after some days they said that they cant get one psu and ask me if they refund me or i take cheaper psu. Then I called them on phone and the guy said it was mistake and I will get psu I choose. Then 2 days after they told me on gmail the same that I can take cheaper one or get refund so costumer service is bad but then I refunded psu and case … other stuff was okay delivery to slovenia was fast.
3 stars because of bad customer service

Pray nothing goes wrong!

Pray nothing goes wrong here! Never had issues until they sent me the wrong item TWICE! They advertise - STILL after 2 months - with incorrect specs. They refunded (after 5 weeks) and then I reordered only to receive item with wrong specs again! Takes ages to get in touch while some employees on phone do not even speak English (or pretend not to)... Waiting to resolve since March 1st... Watch out.

You can't get in touch with customer…

You can't get in touch with customer support. I have tried to call them by phone 3 days now, and the waiting time is over 1 hour or more and still havent been able to connect to them.

I have written so many many mails also.

Now im going to call my bank for a charge back.
