Horrible company they use your personal information for their own gains it’s disgusting to be in wales with a corrupt company taken ower news,they have no feelings just do it for their own pockets I’m phoning Monday as they keep people’s photos impersonating me as never had a photo civil case coming on.

Do not believe the CEO of ComWales - Shaun Stephen Hopkins b.Oct 1978). Seriously ask yourself how his alleged do gooder action for Ukraine through UK4UA is funded?? Monies are taken through his ComWales org company for which he is the sole director for goods that are often never delivered (look at all the negative ComWales reviews online!!!}. Unless I personally receive my credit in next 7 days I will report Shaun, ComWales & UK4UA to (but not limited to) Charities Commission; Action Fraud; HMRC; & Scouts Association (for which Shaun is a Trustee of the Tredegar Scouts)

Do not waste your time or Money with this company! I purchased a microwave/ oven from them in December last year which was never delivered and am still yet to get a refund, I have emailed them all numerous occasions and no one has bothered to come back to me since January, worse ecommerce experience I've had to date!

After using them with B2B deals a few times I placed a large order.

Only half of last order got delivered.

Uncontactable, when you do get a response it’s a load of BS about another company holding the goods.

£1500 out of pocket credit card provider are trying to rectify but it’s been months. Meanwhile Sean (company owner)is pretending to be a Good Samaritan taking aid to Ukraine the fat whopper.

Why is this company still allowed to trade. It should be taken down. Its just a system for ripping you off. See hundreds of similar reviews. No product delivered. No contact number given. Despicable lies about drivers delayed taking aid to Ukrain. I eventually obtained a refund from my payment card and reported them to Action Fraud. Not that they are taking any actual action against them just a call to see if my well being had been affected.

Should not be allowed to do business on the internet.
A total was of time still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks and 3 chase up emails.

1 star is way to high a score! Never again will this site ever be used by me. waiting for months (before Christmas) for one item of one. No contact number that works, no way to contact them. Absolute rubbish service. Don't waste your time and money with this taffy outfit!

Would have selected no stars if I could, ordered a delongi fryer in November, it is now April and still not received it, have had several email exchanges but no goods and no refund and now they are ignoring me, total scam rip off would avoid at all costs

Scam company 100%. Item ordered early December. Nothing received. Numerous emails and promise of refund but nothing. Reason why its bacs only is because you are willingly paying, so is it therefore fraud? Yes it is! Go to or contact your bank, they can help. Currently going through Nat West with fraud scam claim. Don't let these thieving, deceitful scum get away with it. It's a pain but chase them down!!!!

Ordered a product, paid for 5-10 day shipping. 3 and a half months later, still nothing. Numerous email exchanges, each increasingly suspicious. As soon as I asked for a refund they stopped replying.
Now disputing with credit card company. Strongly suspect this site is a scam.

My experience has been similar to others. The item, a Krups coffee grinder, was ordered in early December 2022 and has not arrived yet. I can see I was strung along with nonsense about recalling the first “tracked” order and a second delivery being sent, then time wasting mails about checking with the warehouse and an “investigation” into the status of the order. I am being stonewalled on a refund at the moment. A brief search online takes you to a small computer services shop in Pontypridd. This is Comwales. Searching the company at company house shows filing accounts are overdue. The business is described elsewhere as information technology consultancy. I suspect much of what they do is verging on a scam, at best playing fast and lose with people and consumer law. I would advise no one uses this company. You will lose money and time.

I ordered an item from ComWales on the 12th Dec, and on their website it said 3-5 days delivery, great I thought as it meant a Xmas present would arrive in time. The item did not arrive before Xmas and I got no emails to say that there was a delay. I tried many times to speak to someone on the phone to enquire what was the delay, but no one answers the phone and goes straight to an answer message asking you to log a ticket online, which I did 2/3 times as I didn’t hear anything back. After the new year came and went and still no item delivered, I messaged ComWales on Facebook Messenger and to my surprise they responded and advised that the item is still in customs waiting for clearance and they claimed that they had been messaging me with updates, which I did not get and they asked me to check my junk folder which I did and there was nothing there either. Fast forward to nearly the end of Jan and the item finallly arrived only you can tell that the item is not meant for the UK market as the plug has this massive adaptor on it which makes the item stick out when plugged in. I wish I had read the reviews on ComWales before deciding to use their website, as I would not have used it and I definitely won’t be using them again.

I don’t know if these people set out to steal money or are just incompetent. It doesn’t really matter as the result is the same. After 3 months and despite numerous emails and promises the goods have not been received and no refund has been forthcoming. Keep well clear

Ordered two toys on 15th of November and I am still waiting to receive them. I sent 8 messages to them and I also tried phoning three times but got no answer and I could not leave a voicemail as the voice box was full (probably due to constant complaints). Had to get in touch with my bank and they are investigating the situation and have kindly refunded me. My bank have also informed me I have been a victim of an authorised push scam and also informed me it might be a good idea to inform the police about the situation. Please stay away from this company, they are scammers and should be called conwales instead as they are con men. They have been ripping people off for at least three years after reading reviews left on Trust Pilot.

After a few emails chasing my order up , it arrived and I’m very pleased with it ❤️

I am still battling with this company for a refund. I ordered a coffee machine on 12/11/22, it never arrived. I agree with other reviewers that this company look like criminals. What is particularly alarming is that they are taking charitable donations for Ukraine. They need to be stopped.

Ordered coffee machine in early October. It failed to arrive. After multiple emails cancelled the order and requested a refund in early November. Still no refund in my bank and it’s late December. It’s fraud - there is no other way to describe it. Do not use this company!!!!

Just to reassure people, I ordered from here at the end of November and although my delivery was delayed by about 10days I have received my order, I think the postal strikes probably contributed to the delay
