This company advertises a quality item and delivers something completely different about 2.5 months later. I contacted them and they want the numbers off the packaging. Who keeps packaging??? Don't buy from this company what ever you do.
Scam!
I placed an order with them over 5 weeks ago and received a tracking number that links to a website called Tracking Hub. Looking at reviews for Tracking Hub, you will see that they are a scam as well.
Despite Concentratiy claiming to ship from China, the tracking claims it came from the US. It's supposedly been in the UK for 18 days now, but no details of who the courier is.
At the 4 week mark, I emailed Concentratiy. I got a very quick reply back, poorly written, asking to be patient and that they've asked the courier to expedite it. Within minutes, the tracking updated to say it was in Belfast. Seeing as I live in Birmingham, there is no reason for the package to jump over the Irish sea to Belfast!
A week later I emailed again, and I've had the same quick and poorly written email back. I'm just waiting to see where in the UK the tracking claims it will be.
