company will destroy your mental health

The company needs to be shut down, investigated, or at the very least, audited.
They never paid the correct wages correctly, leaving myself and my colleagues in an awful state each month.
They pressure you all day for stats, there was never a day you were just left alone to do your job in peace.
I have never in my life worked with such rude disgusting people, management back each other up so you don't have a leg to stand on even if you speak up about your rights as an employee.
I stood up to them and they hadn't a clue how to handle me, was passed through 4 levels of management having meetings about the same things over and over.
Their response was a sheepish "oh I don't know what happened there".
They would threaten us daily that they would pull us into meetings or sack us, my whole team were miserable and depressed.
They would say you dropped calls on days you weren't even working.
My physical and mental health declined working here and I kept getting infections.
My advice to anyone is give this company a miss, being on the dole would be better I promise you.
One of the trainers used to brag about how he never got into trouble for being rude to us and proceeded to threaten us and said good luck getting a reference from us or a job if you leave here..well we all left and got jobs that treat us like human beings and pay us the correct wages so we can thankfully leave the horrible experience here in the past.

Their recruitment process is…

Their recruitment process is unprofessional. After two interviews (only 4 days apart) I was advised that they thought I would be a great fit to join the Concentrix team. I followed up as I had not heard anything in over a week. I got a response to advise me that they were “working in the background” on “something” and was still very much in consideration for the role. After another 2 weeks of waiting, at 3:14am I received an automated email about being unsuccessful from workday. No phone call, personal email, or feedback given. After giving them my time for 2 interviews, the hiring manager or recruiter didn’t have the decency to provide me with a personal response. I have been a hiring manager in the past, and I would never treat potential candidates in such a disrespectful manner. The job market is hard enough, and companies like Concentrix make it worse.

-monitoring your every move (even toilet breaks)
-manipulative managers and many more.It feels like prison and I am so happy i quit recently. DO NOT do this to yourself and do not apply here.

I received a call from Concentrix

I received a call from Concentrix. The person identified themselves as Ronel from Google, and he was calling to help me set up my Google ad campaign.

During the first few minutes of the call, Ronel asked for my Google Adwords account ID.

I told Ronel that if he was calling from Google, he needed to provide the ID so I could confirm he was actually from Google.

He claimed that he could not provide the ID for security reasons and volunteered to email me to confirm he was from Google.
When the email came through, it had an @google.com domain name, and Ronel pointed to the @google.com domain name as proof that he worked for Google.
After I told him that anyone with a Google email account would have an @google.com, he still attempted to convince me he was a Google employee until he finally admitted that he was from Concentrix.

His story changed to "Google is paying us to help you set up your account, and he repeatedly attempted to have me give him my Google AdWords account number.

The WORST company I have ever worked…

The WORST company I have ever worked for. Went through 3 different managers. Was on a WFH contract to then be told we either commute to Newcastle everyday (some lived in Northern Ireland!) or lose our job. We then kicked off a fuss after speaking to ACAS and they offered a different campaign (Shell). Do not care about customers at all, lies after lies.

Awful and disgusting brand to work for

Awful and disgusting brand to work for. I was lied about hours, shifts and overtime. Team leaders openly admitted that the wage was terrible and the only way to make money was to hit stats. Which were inforced aggressively and threateningly towards new starters. I mean "you'll get fired if you don't..." etc etc.
The company fired me whilst I had a breakdown and aggressive mental issues which pushed me to a suicide attempt. Which i was asked to show them proof. Once they knew they were in the wrong they fired me during probation as to rid there hands of me. Due to this they knew I would lose my home and my support dog. Which has now happened.
Concentrix stole hours, wages and my integrity.
I'm now in a hostel fighting to stay alive. DO NOT WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE AND LIE. LIE. LIE.

Better working conditions in North Korea

You’d genuinely get better treatment working in North Korea than you would at this place. By far one of the most awful companies you could work for so if you’re thinking of working here, find somewhere else please.

Where to begin, first of all they couldn’t care less about you if they tried. The ‘bonus’ structure they have set out for you is beyond ridiculous and expect you to hit about 10 different metrics for a’measly £200 which you’ll then get taxed on and look for any trivial reason they can to take it off of you if you do somehow manage to hit it (which is a very tiny portion of people)

Enjoy your bank holidays? Say goodbye to those as you’ll be expected to work those as if it’s a normal day. Most companies would give you the option and would even offer 1.5x/2x pay but Concentrix? Ha, dream on. No more public holidays for you sunshine and this even includes Good Friday so no more 4 day weekend in April. It’s almost as if they want to make the place as unappealing as possible for people to work at.

The shift patterns are all over the place, you’ll be working one week Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday Thursday then work Fri-Sun then the next week off Monday then work Tuesday-Saturday then off Sunday and then work Monday - Wednesday and then off Thurs, work Friday, off Saturday and work Sunday it’s an absolute shambles!

Minimum wage of course and that’s if they don’t underpay you which happens more times than I care to remember. 30 minute lunch break and then 2x 15 min breaks in morning and afternoon and that’s it. You’re watched to the minute if you even dare go to the toilet break and you’re called out on a public chat room with 100s of other staff in there if you take more than one minute allowed.

Management honestly care more about what tv show they’re going to watch later on that evening than they do your mental health so don’t expect an ounce of sympathy.

The place has the ethics of an unlicensed casino with the turnover rate being absolutely ridiculous and people coming and going nearly every single week! They’d honestly hire anyone they’re that desperate for staff!

I would genuinely rather work in a Chinese labour camp than go back to this place again it was that awful or I’d prefer to live in the park with the other homeless people and get wasted everyday than have to put up with the crap they make you deal with in this place.

In fact I’d rather go to a Russian prison for 10 years than spend 10 years working at this place again!

Do not work here, you’ll thank me later.

HSBC/First direct Bad company to work…

HSBC/First direct Bad company to work for! training was made to feel very uncomfortable and gave me anxiety due to 12 total assessments and your made to put your scores in a group chat so everyone can see what you got.

Referencing/vetting is a joke you speak to 5 or 6 different people in recruitment sending over multiple peace’s of personal information and they ask for more and more want every part of your life for 10 years even when they have given you the job and have started already.

Worse company I have ever worked at don’t believe a word that they say in training it’s all for show.

Discriminated again due to disability

I had my first interview,
I have worked with the public through out my life and have phone and computer skills too.
I have a bachelors degree behind my name.
YET they would not give me a second interview, they said I'm not suited to the job???
Maybe it's because I told them I was disabled, they did go quiet on the phone when i told them.
Discusting!! I feel discriminated against

Terrible training, disingenuous, wordist "handling".

Terrible learning materials and structure, I could have had every tool and program commited to memory in the first two days had the "training" not been so distastrously designed and orchestrated.
Performatively and selectively accessible (automatic door which is defeated by a latch handle unreachable by wheelchair users, and wide hallways). Terribly engineered software, also largely not accessible. Argumentative, defensive and dismissive responses to being informed of lack of accessibility.
The culture seems great at first until you realize it's all disingenuous artifice. Management employs manipulative and wordist tactics rather than offering genuine engagement regarding concerns. What a colossal mistake this place was. Will spend five minutes telling you how to close application windows and leave you floundering over critical, in-call processes because they aren't "allowed" to provide decent print teaching materials, even if they contain zero personal or private information.
Heavy micromanagement and rampant condescension.
