AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

So the dragged me across the Europe promising this amazing opportunity on Adidas project in Athens, relocation package- 4 weeks paid Airbnb, up 300 euro reimbursement for flight tickets… started on the 26/07/2024 ended on the 8/08/2024 with €0 from them (first payment was supposed to be on the 4th working day of the month). Demanding that I come to the office when they didn’t pay me so how am I supposed to pay travel expenses to there? And my contract specified that they were covering expenses for travel to the office for training purposes. Now they are claiming that misconduct was on my end hence why termination but also no one addressed the payment issue and they continue to ignore all communication.

They helped obtaining documents in Greece but getting those documents from them was completely different story and for example without tax identification you cannot rent a property in Greece.

They put me through hell and unfortunately Greece labour laws are so primitive that they allowed employers to do those things to people. It is disgusting.

In the meantime, the trainer - Joanna Golec - behaviour, actions and conduct during training sessions… lack of integrity and respect, along with the false information that she disseminated about me to other trainees, is deeply troubling.
Her actions have demonstrated a significant lack of trustworthiness and moral compass, which is far from the values that Adidas stands for but clearly this whole place is like that. Rude, unprofessional, lacking knowledge, common sense, empathy, and understanding English seems troubling for most of HR staff and also that ill-mannered trainer.

I have seen people taking pictures of the screen with clients information which is alarming.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I cannot understand why Adidas would trust them with their customers…

Avoid this exploitive company

I have worked for this company for 7 years and at the start it seemed like a good company to work but that can change depending on whether you are liked by management or not as it is a very cliquey environment and your whole career progression is determined by how well liked you are by the management and how much you suck up to them and take on extra work without the reward all in the name of personal development.

The lack of communication from the managers in terms of pay rise and changes to your hybrid working patterns is laughable because you can never get a straight answer and if you put your name forward to be selected for a volunteer day don’t expect to be told until the actual day when they will call you half way through your shift asking where you are and why you haven’t turned up.

Forget about progressing through the company into manager roles, unless you’re part of the clique or in a relationship with one of senior trainers then you won’t be moving up.

The workplace culture they have setup is geared to show you they care but when it actually comes down to it they will not support you because it is not beneficial for the company and would rather replace you than have things put in place for your mental health because they want to put on a show for their clients.

There was a mental health room but you would never be able to use it because the managers would always use it for their meeting's.

Top and bottom of it this is an exploitative company no better than a sweatshop.

Avoid Concentrix if You Have…

Avoid Concentrix if You Have Disabilities or Are Neurodivergent

If you have any disabilities, especially if you are neurodivergent, I strongly advise you to avoid Concentrix at all costs. My experience with this company has been deeply troubling and disappointing. Despite their claims of being an inclusive and supportive workplace, the reality is starkly different.

From the beginning, I faced numerous challenges and received very little support. When I asked questions or raised concerns about my needs and accommodations, I was met with hostility and victimization. Instead of addressing my grievances, they were flatly refused to be investigated, leaving me feeling marginalized and unheard.

The atmosphere at Concentrix is one where other staff members are too scared to speak out, fearing retaliation or being ostracized. This culture of fear and silence is detrimental to anyone seeking a supportive and inclusive workplace.

In summary, Concentrix is not a safe or accommodating environment for individuals with disabilities or neurodivergent conditions. The lack of support, combined with a culture that discourages speaking up, makes it a highly unsuitable workplace. Proceed with caution and consider other employers who truly value and support diversity and inclusion.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

I got fired from working with PHILIPS Hue in Denmark via Concentrix + Webhelp because I asked if we can have a Palestinian cause to vote for in the company xmass donation competition.

They say the question drives antisemitic politics.

They also denied me to work from another city where they have an office while my mom was in the hospital due to company wide security measures AND then two weeks later, they allowed a Nordic born person to go to a summerhouse in a Swedish forest and work there with her family.

Terrible company to work for

Terrible company to work for. Was in class for almost two weeks. HR dropped the ball and some how mixed up my name on my i9. I reached out to let them know but still signed all documents, the second week in class like a day before nest I am told I have to leave the class before I am allowed to come back!! Mind you this was a temporary project, so those two day I missed were crucial. I missed two days calling, emailing, and chatting with people trying to get my i9 resolved. By the time I receive an email saying I can go back to the virtual class, I am told I would be reseated, well that never happened. I was never reseated and also told they don’t see that in the system. So I am out of work, no money and no response from concentrix.

Incompetent Management Contracting with Scamming Providers

- Opportunities are given based on favouritism rather than efficiency and actual competency.
- No room for innovation: I proposed a few ideas to address and resolve multiple challenges being faced on an operational level. After many great thanks, they were all ignored and archived, and the challenges remained the same.
- Scamming Service Providers: I had a heart attack on my 3rd day of employment, and the medical insurance provider refused to cover my medical expenses on the basis of never-communicated policies. I have been escalating the case internally for almost a year now across all escalation levels and the company kept on repeating the same excuses of not adhering to the never-communicated policies. I was offered an "exceptional compromise" to process 30k out of a 78k claim. I rejected this "exception" because I didn't violate a single policy communicated by either the company or the scamming provider. I was even threatened by the local management with severe consequences if I decided to share this experience publically and on Glassdoor specifically, which is one of many reasons why I'm sharing it.
The whole case (in detail) has been documented in an email thread that I uploaded and published on my own Google Drive, but this platform does not allow sharing a link to the email thread in my review.

One Nepotism

Their true value is not One Concentrix, its “One Nepotism”. They don’t give a damn about you. When it comes to promotion, you will never get it even if you deserve it. You need to be friends with people in management to be able to get that. You need to get under the table to be able to get that promotion and the worst thing is that they do it openly, making hardworking people demotivated. No meritocracy at all. And they are the worst Hypocrites from top to bottom management, every single one of them. They pretend to say that they heard that there are nepotism and that it will stop, when they themselves are practicing it. Do not advice anyone to join such a nepotistic and hypocritical company.

The day you start practicing meritocracy and promote deserving candidates, then only this company will be able to rise and life up to its true values.

Not trustful agents asking for private information

This is the company providing the chat customer service for Ryanair. Ryanair has my name number address and credit card number. This person Kacper A. from Poland who obviously couldn't see my full information on his page, was asking me for my full details and telephone number. Obviously against GDPR EU law and with such information he can create fake profiles and/or other scams. How strange to ask for it if he already had it and how strange for Concentrix to allow such things.

Concentrix Porto my bad experience revie

Introduction:
I work for a company within Ranstead called Vanity Far, and my experience revolves around the challenges faced while working for Concentrix, a company associated with Ranstead. While there are positive aspects, such as efficient customer service and a flexible work environment, several issues arise, impacting the overall work experience.

Initial Impressions:
Joining through Ranstead, I appreciated the provided PC and the food card that came with the job. However, difficulties emerged in dealing with extensive paperwork, particularly challenging without proficiency in Portuguese. To overcome customs-related delays, I resorted to hiring a solicitor, which, although costly, expedited the process.

Training and Work Environment:
The training at Concentrix is intense, offering only enough knowledge to begin working, with further learning on the job. Challenges arise when seeking assistance from team leaders, resulting in delays that can make clients anxious. Screenshots are regularly requested, contributing to a feeling of constant surveillance.

Workplace Dynamics and Concerns:
While Concentrix can be a decent workplace, the constantly changing rules and lack of clear goals contribute to burnout among agents. The company is criticized for a lack of feedback and a seemingly indifferent attitude towards employee development.

Observations on Concentrix Culture:
Described as a place run by "puppets," Concentrix faces internal issues driven by egos, impacting meetings and overall company structure. The digital nature of operations raises concerns about the diminishing human element in these workplaces.

Communication and Challenges:
Communication breakdowns, lack of thorough training, and a focus on quantity over quality are identified as issues. The absence of native English speakers in Concentrix's English-speaking section leads to training focused on accents, affecting customer interactions.

Work Pressure and Job Insecurity:
The constant feeling of inadequacy, coupled with team leaders who focus more on statistics than leadership, creates a stressful work environment. Job insecurity is prevalent, with Concentrix being described as a place that can "spit you out" at any time.

Global Perspective:
The global nature of Concentrix poses potential challenges for employees working in different countries. Complaints on platforms like Trustpilot highlight concerns about mental abuse, brainwashing, and a lack of promised benefits.

Conclusion:
In summary, Concentrix, while offering certain benefits and a flexible work environment, grapples with significant issues affecting employee satisfaction and well-being. The company's rapid movements, lack of communication, and reliance on statistics over human judgment contribute to a challenging workplace environment. Addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall experience for employees in companies associated with Ranstead.

Just a sales pitched

Used to try and get some help on google Ads as I am very new to it all and wanted a deeper understanding so I can use google more effectively for my business.
Call back was basically to tell me my Ad wasn’t good enough and I need to spend £50 a day for at least 90 days for google ads to work. No advice. Absolute waste of time. Also, the call was so unprofessional with his team laughing and screaming in the back. Don’t bother ringing for advice! Your better of going on YouTube and watching tutorials for advice.

Most unethical organization so far

Most unethical organization so far, and interviewers would bully you to take up their terms, even if you manage to logon through phone, they would still ask you to have a laptop, what if the person don't have the laptop are they not eligible, is having a laptop to sit in a interview is mandatory? Its a shame to put such regulation into play, cause this way is unethical asking and segmenting a person to find his job according his financial status, I record such incident and honestly speaking middle level management dont value candidate's time or effort, they just gloat and bask at their on position and approach.

BEWARE & STAY AWAY!

My ex partner was working for this company for 2 years. He was working for customer service in retentions at the time. In the time that he was doing this, he was doing a team leader/supervisors job WITHOUT the pay OR the title. He was made to stay late to do the admin for this role even though it was not his job.
Due to ONE time that he had accidentally missed the smallest part of data, his bonus was completely withdrawn from him and he was made to work EXTRA hard even though he was not going to receive a bonus at the end of it.
FINALLY, after 4 months, he was given the title of supervisor. However within this time, he was made to work above and beyond his hours and not paid for this.
Due to the amount of stress that this caused for us and our relationship, he stepped down.
HOWEVER, even after he had stepped down, they still wanted him to do the role, even though he was not getting paid for this again.
The amount of times that I heard him in a conversation with a superior member of his team, EVEN when he was not a team leader, they were discussing other colleagues work load, personal lives of these other agents, disciplinaries, ability to do the job, and you only heard negative comments made by the supervisors on the other end of the phone.
There was ZERO help from other superior members of staff, in regards to the work load and my ex partner was made to do other superior jobs even though he was not being paid.
He has recently just taken an allotted amount of time off that he had accrued, HOWEVER, they cancelled his holiday even though, there was evidence that he was allowed to take this time off. But during his break, they had told him that the holiday was cancelled, and is now NOT being paid for a portion of this holiday.
He has not received a bonus in over 3 months as the incentives keep being changed and made unhittable, even though he was one of the top customer service reps and was able to hit this every month.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never ever in my life written a report about a company, but if you want to be taken advantage of, bullied, your personal lives being talked about/laughed about, working ungodly hours for little to no money.
Be my guest.

No HELP Investing In Google Ads

I wanted advice regarding investing in a Google Ads campaign. I called the 0800 number provided by Google. I spoke with Maria. She kept me on the phone for 45 minutes conducting a very thorough fact find. THEN - I was sent a bland, standard document - WHICH WAS IN NO WAY RELATED TO THE NEEDS I'D EXPLAINED OR THE TIME I'D INVESTED.
When I posed this to Maria - her response was to SEND IT AGAIN!!!
Looking a little deeper into this, I see I was not dealing with Google - I was dealing with CONCENTRIX.
Appalling experience - GOOGLE - you must do better!
