I have 4 credit cards totally $2300 that I use with Concora Credit. With one I just recently was approved for that didn't say there was a $250 transaction fee attached to the approval. Other than that... See more

I am going through extensive dental work and can’t pay the &166.00 they want every month. I asked for a payment plan and was refused. The rep was steadfast in not working with me or allowing me a payment plan during a few months of paying for dental work. She kept referring to”the system” 100 times so I don’t know what the deal is.
I would stay away from companies that have no compassion for human beings. I realize they want their money. I get that but being very rigid on payment plans is unheard of to me. I would strongly not recommend this credit card company. Bonnie Sargent
This would’ve been a great opportunity for me if I would’ve had to pay $250. To get this card.. they said my limit was a $1,000.00 but after activating my balance was 250. Not paying that much before using the card.. so I cancelled.. really disappointed..

I didn't think I would get approve for this card. This company offered great approval rate and quick process with receiving the card.

Was approved for a $300 credit limit. But when I went to activate it they say my information is not found in the system. I asked customer service about it and they say my birthday is wrong, and that I would need to send photo identification. I’m on the fence about this cause how do you approve me for credit if my birthday was wrong in your system.

This has been a great experience with this credit card, Milestone. So far, no surprise fees or charges. Thank you!

I’m not happy about having to pay $125.00 fee. I missed that part of the process. That credit is needed towards the card. I will pay the balance off and close the card out. I can’t afford to pay $125.00 just to have the card. I’ll be paying the balance off soon. It’s plenty offers without having to pay for a credit card.

Milestone Mastercard is really good. I’ve ysed it numerous times and there’s never been a problem.

Concora does not report accurate and timely payments regarding their credit cards . I paid off my Milestone CC 3 weeks ago and I noticed they are still reporting my old balance which is adversely affecting my credit score. My other credit cards report timely payments, Concora does not. There are better cards out there for building credit
It gave me access to another line of credit or credit card I honestly believe was not getting. Also from my experience with other cards, I have the chance to make up the mistakes with others and use it in the way it should be used and managed.

What is the actual address towards making a payment to Concora Credit? One area saids Beaverton Oregon the other area saids Charlotte NC?! I am so confused because on the back of the concora credit card shows a number of 1-800-228-1640 but shows a different phone number on the
concoracredit.com site. I know some companies can make it difficult to making payments just so you can be charged more towards late payments. & You have people out there misleading you to a wrong site to a site your identity can be stolen & your money! So it becomes personal! & If you do it directly on the online company site by paying what you owe how you get charged by making a payment! Which I find stupid! We get charged to pay a bill. Are we getting charged for the company to keep their own site online? If this is the case shouldn't it come out of what we owe?! Not towards what these companies owe to having their own site up!! It shouldn't come out of the customers pockets! If we put our own personal site up wouldn't it be expected of us to keep it up by coming from our own pockets?! We shouldn't have to expect others to pay to keep our own business up! But why is it our responsibility when companies deliberately making it harder to pay our own bills? Why do we get stuck with late fees? & a bad credit!! So it should be illegal to charging money to pay a bill! Or giving different information to preventing payments to go through! I have no idea what is the actual address & phone number to Concora Credit!!
I made my payment June 24th and it's now been 9 days and payment still didn't post to my available balance. They got the money Friday June 26th from my bank. I made payments on my other credit cards and those payments have posted already and I paid them after this payment. Absolutely ridiculous with technology now that it takes over 7 business days for your payment to clear.
I love Concora Credit overall and grateful for the opportunity to rebuild my credit. I use my cards responsibly and do not overextend. I have 3 cards. The Indigo MasterCard I have yet to receive even though the account has already been charged a monthly fee. I need the card. The first card was returned when the address was correct to begin with. I am waiting on the new card and it makes me upset. They dropped the ball on this.

They sell you on "overlimit protection" - don't buy it! It doesn't STOP you from going over the limit, it ALLOWS you to go over the limit - then you get a $41 over limit fee plus $17 fee for the priviledge of "allowing" you to extend over your limit. If you don't pay then it adds the late fee and before you know it you're forever over the limit and paying the OTL fee every month. add that to the ridiculous yearly fee that reduces your available credit and its really not what it's cracked up to be. only if you're desperate like me. Customer service was ok and fixed some of the fees but only because I complained, I think they rely on most people either not noticing or not caring. They will call you EVERY DAY until you fix it

I have a great experience besides the annual fee.. I would highly recommend to friends

Absolutely horrible. DO NOT TRY TO USE THIS CARD INTERNATIONALLY. I was told this card was good and clear to use overseas. I got to Italy and every single purchase was declined. Had to call 5 separate times, was told the same thing over and over, and then refused to be transferred to a higher department. They continued to say it was “security measure” with no further explanation and that they’d resolve it. After they “resolved it” 5 different times, they assured me the card was ready to go. It declined again, and again, and again. I told them of my travel dates a month in advance and was assured there was a travel alert on my card weeks in advance. When I spoke to them 5 separate times, not a single worker seemed to be aware that I was traveling. I asked an employee to transfer me to their declined transactions department and he put me on hold 3 separate times, then picked back up the phone to repeat what he’d already said. When I continued to ask to be transferred, he’d put me on hold then do it again and say “I can transfer you if you really want but we can’t override a declined online transaction.” I had to get to the point of frustration that I told him to stop picking the phone back up and transfer me. I have never felt so disregarded or disrespected by customer service employees. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolutely horrific treatment to customers and ridiculously unhelpful. I have never gotten to the point of losing my temper with customer service employees, as I am one myself, that’s how terrible this experience was. I have spent my entire first day of vacation on the phone with this bank and still received 0 help. Will be canceling this card ASAP and never return.
