Amazing service from start to finish. I cannot fault the team. Bonus points - i was given complimentary temporary blinds whilst I waited for my order. The blinds were ready and installed sooner than expected which i was pleasantly surprised by. They look great. Well done.

The delay with the upstairs blinds appeared to be due to some changes to the window reveals after our original survey — the measurements had narrowed in all three bedrooms meaning the blinds were too wide. Even though this wasn’t something we could’ve foreseen, we covered the cost of remaking the blinds to make sure everything was right in the end.
We completely understand your frustration about the lack of communication during the delay. That’s something we’re working on improving so customers aren’t left chasing for updates.
We do appreciate you taking the time to leave a review — it helps us get better.

We are delighted with the blinds both vertical ones and the roller one. The staff were very professional.
Delivery was on the day but not at the time I had been advised. Fortunately, my husband was at home to let them in and fit the blinds.

It is very difficult to stick to an exact time on the day of fitting, this is why we offer either an AM or PM appointment and then call on the day to advise definite arrival time.
Thanks for your understanding and I'm glad someone was home for us to get the blinds installed.
Second time using Concorde
Second time using Concorde. Consultation was booked quickly and had great recommendations. Only 3 weeks until roller blinds were fitted. Slight error on there behalf with one of the measurements in the bay window. Wasn’t an issue a new blind was made and fitted within a week. Love the roller blinds in our bay window now.
