Conrad.nl continues to deliver good service over time
Have done several orders with Conrad.nl, and when having a case of item running out of stock, have received suggestions to replace item, and also fast reaction from customer service to deliver still another replacing item instead of the original one. Really satisfied with their selection, delivery and service.

Poor shipping times, horrible return policy
Slow to ship from Germany.
Sent back memory for refund, because it was not recognized by laptop. They sent me a replacement anyway. Contacted them before it even arrived, and they advised me I had to complete a different form and pay for shipping myself, which they would refund. Cannot translate PDF form to be completed.
Basically you can get a refund but it is leaps and bounds more difficult, than an exchange.
Other places are just easier and faster.

Extremely high costs when you do not pay by iDeal!
If I had paid by iDeal my order would have been delivered gratis. Since I chose "acceptgiro" there came 10 EUR cost on top: Approximately 2 EUR for the acceptgiro and 8 EUR postage & delivery. I feel ripped off.

Very wide range of products, many of them at the cutting edge and most at very reasonable prices. My first port of call when looking for innovative electrical/electronic products, plus I've come across some unexpected bargains in unexpected product fields!

Fantastic
I went to BCC and could not find a TV that met my criteria for under 800 euros. I found what I wanted here for just over 400. Everyone who has seen my new 50 inch Blaupunkt has told me they will check Conrad before bothering to look elsewhere. I know I will be back !

Very good and fast service for a terrific USB fan.
I ordered a USB fan for my desk at work since it seems to always be hot there (I work at a call center). This fan is great! It has multiple speeds and the top lights up to tell you what speed it is going.
For the service & Delivery, Conrad was very quick and for price for the fans, were good. For a fan of this quality, you should expect to pay a bit more.
Very good company to do business with!
