Bra service!

I bought a bosch handle vacuum cleaner. but the adapter was missing, also the specification on the website was not match.
and refund process is not straight forward and take a long period,
so we are in the state of waiting for a refund after two weeks that I send it.

Sent out a defective product (Wera Joker). Difficult to resolve with customer service.

Aweful. Been waiting weeks to get a reply via customer service.

Long delivery time and could only deliver via UPS. Not recommended if you can find what you need elsewhere.

I give 5 star because when i order item is come as same picture. But i just order wrong one cmos battery. And i feel not good to return item what i have been oder.! Because if I return item owner or company will waste time and money also. So is a business. I care for me but i have to care for someone who have a business too. And item is not that expensive to return if expensive is fine. So keep your business grow up.!

Delivery was slow and confusing, when it finally arrived the package was covered in duct tape. The contents were heavy and were just loose in the box, so I guess they damaged the box... the shears are excellent though.

I always been very happy with Conrad before. You can see in my older reviews but unfortunately Conrad Customer Service is now so bad! I purchased a TV and it was not working! So long that is not Conrads fault but I've been trying to contact the Customer Service in a week now with no avail! For each email, I receive a ticket but no more than that. When I searched the web I found a phone number as well, but there is no answer no matter what time in the day you try to call them. This is something that is much, much more important to me and others that the reasonable prices so with this order, my history with Conrad will end!!

There was no problem when it comes to ordering goods. However, the seller uses UPS, who do not do their work right. First, I received an SMS saying I should specify whether I want to have the item delivered home or pick it up somewhere else. Despite the fact I was at home all the time, the package never arrived and I have never received any notification about it having been delivered somewhere else, so I had to use a tracking site to find out where it was. This way it took the package quite a long time to arrive. The store should change their delivering company.

Easy to order, quick delivery, payment against an emailed invoice after the delivery.
