Easy transaction
Easy transaction, fast delivery. I was surprised the merchandise I ordered was shipped from the US and delivered in 3 days despite the ongoing pandemic. It was a much better experience than I had with shopping with Fyndiq, which when trying to cancel an order for an item that was never delivered, and apparently it was designed to be difficult and aggravating to cancel and return for customers. So, no Fyndiq again for me.

High quality products at competitive prices. The administrators side is the reason why Conrad does not receive a five star rating. The feedback on order status and whereabouts is not satisfactory at all. You receive one item at one day and the rest of your items will be delivered a few days later. When you check your order, it says that all items will be shipped on the same day. I found this very strange, since my order contained small electronic items.

I never received my product
I never received my product. According to UPS the package was delivered to a city i do not live in and in the proof of delivery they put my name as the receiver.
Update, Conrad payed med back the money since the package never made it to me.
