The employee (Help Desk) assisting me ruined my ad, after it took me over seven hours to create. Gone in a flash. Example, it took her 36 minutes just to move a picture block from one area of my ad to another block. Worse, what she deleted was not "stored" anywhere (pre your supervisor D.J.) and it could not be retrieved to copy. I have been working on recreating my ad all over again for the past three hours (with customers waiting), so her error is actually affecting my business. I'm starting all over again, which has been super frustrating. I typically get great service from your Help Desk but not this time. I did not get her name because I thought it was such a simple thing to do, I just did not get her name. My feeling is this gal should NOT have been working the Help Desk yet, she needs much more training. Nice gal, she just doesn't know enough to be helping others at this time.

Have always gotten good customer service from the technicians.
However, the new AI that answers your calls is not very user friendly. All businesses have gotten away from customer service for the clients.
Would also suggest sending changes to registered users. Encountered a change in the way to add contacts and was not aware of the changes.

I was looking into a few different options and Constant Contact was user friendly. It meets the needs that I have for sending mass emails out to realtors that are a part of our MLS. So far I am very pleased with the results. I like the fact that I am able to see results. I also like the fact that I can send a test out before sending a final draft. Thank you!

I have been working with Chat to find out how to downgrade my plan from 5,001-10,000 contacts to 1 to 5,000 contacts. Followed the directions but downgrade was never an option. Please advise!
my concern is: Was not aware that the monthly rate would not drop to the level of our contact after reaching a higher level. We would have entered contacts differently if we had known. Our list is under 5,000, only exceeding that for a short while. We continue to pay for double the contacts we have.

I like that they use the same commands as Microsoft does for simple things like cut, paste, copy, etc. One problem I do have is that things are not always intuitive. They are making improvements, but sometimes there seems to be no logic as to how to do something or where they have located a particular function.

We use CC to create and distribute bi-weekly newsletters, occasional bulletins and notices to our 800+ members, former police officers and their widows, living all over the USA. The costs are much less than printing and mailing. We have also used CC for registration and promotion of our annual reunions. CC keeps improving its software design and capabilities.

you ignore menu improvement requests made weekly for past year to be able to delete large groups of text graphic adn blocks and you add more steps to insert break and expand it- you make it much more difficult for paying subscribers -wasting our time as we try to work on our campaigns - your tech group is a total geared towards cell phone users

Constant Contact's drag-and-drop service is excellent. There are wonderful templates to choose from, great features such as sending now or scheduling for later, and easy-to-use and organize contact lists. We use it for our NSA Chapter and it's been a great service!
