Offers a huge amount of options to make and create what I need for my businnes.
Also it is easy to use and unerstand. Everything is located where it should be so there is no need to hanging around looking for tools, templates, images, etc.

I watched every video I could find. Your platform is very user unfriendly. Why cant't you drop and drag into a blank document and make it your own. Your downloads reformat the size and my announcement, as sent out looked fine on my screen but was wonky when it was received by the recipients. Made me look like an amateur! And I paid for additional emails to be sent. I made sure I clicked on the correct segment (I had 4) and watched the notice say they were sent. Only about 995 people actually received the invitations out of the 1658 that were supposed to be sent! BOOOOO Constant Contact.

Their texting program was very nice to use. Very easy and Courtney was always available and willing to help if we ever had any issues or questions.

Consistent quality and timely reporting.

Maybe include a few more Holiday templates.

We had an issue with our automations and were helped by a customer service rep named Catalyst (not sure of spelling). He was extremely knowledgeable and got to the root of our problem and was able to fix it. I love the customer service at Constant Contact. Please do not ever get rid of it!

Customer Service doesn't only help you with challenges, they teach you as they solve problems.

I send a newsletter the first Tuesday of every Month and they are always there for me with new challenges.

All emails sent yesterday - The links were going to a broken SSL certificate because Constant Contact had not renewed their SSL properly and all of their subdomain redirects were not working from within all of our emails. Even all of our past emails, every link inside was not working because the SSL was broken.

When I tried to contact support, it was a very slow process for them to escalate it to tier 2 support even though the tier 1 support could not help me at all. Eventually it got fixed overnight but still meant that an entire day of sending thousands of emails ended up with links that were broken.

All because of a simple clerical error within their tech team, where it should just have the SSL certificate renewed and tested, pretty straightforward.

We have been using Constant Contact for years and will never leave for another! The products, tools and interface are easy to use and dependable. The price is right for us -we are a small not-for-profit and this suits our needs perfectly. The few times I've had to talk to customer service, they have taken care of my issue immediately and professionally.

Constant Contact is an excellent program for sending emails to one's audience or customers. We only use CC for emails. We have been using CC for at least a decade. Also their tech support is very helpful.

I appreciate the ability to communicate to my congregation en masse that Constant Contact affords me. I would like more flexibility in the text layout.

Its easy to use, organized, reliable, and a lot of support is provided. I also appreciate the interaction from the company with suggestions. Easy to run all kinds of advertising campaigns.

I used to love Constant Contact. As they have added more and more features, it has more and more glitches, nearly on a daily basis now. This creates extra time-consuming and costly work.

Today, I was editing an email that needs to be sent soon, and I kept getting error messages that it could not be saved. I finally called support and they told me they could see the changes, and to log out and back in. When I did that, as I suspected, all of the changes were gone, and I had to do all of the editing all over again.

This is just one of a series of ongoing problems. Recently, I had a segment that I was adding to a list. It said it was adding a certain number of records to the list,(about 20) but did not add two of them. When I did it again, it added 4900 records to that list when there were only 20 or so in the segment. I will never get that list correct again. So frustrating!

The Constant Contact platform is intuitive which make designing our email communication easy. The report is also helpful in seeing what call to action examples work. Finally, when I am stuck and need technical help, the cunstomoer serivce team is provide helpful and timely guidance.

It keeps upgrading to make ir more user friendly

Great tool and support but low email open rate and responses.

I have used the template for a HS newsletter and we love it. It's easy to use, duplicate, and send out. I love the simplicity and options it has.

The thing I like about Constant Contact is you can get a real person to help you. They don't always get it right the first time you ask for help but they eventually do.

Need some sort of AI feedback that reviews and our adds, compairs them to our other adds and points out what makes this one, or that one more sucessful.
