I have used Constant Contact for more than 10 years as the best way to communicate with my patrons. Over this time many improvements and offerings have been made to keep current on multiple ways to use different modalities. Whenever I need to troubleshoot a problem, customer service has been excellent. Never a thought about using any other platform.

The personal service that Sharon gave was great. She helped me upload my contacts - this is always troublesome for me. She made onboarding easy - something that MailChimp did NOT do.

I will copy and paste parts of a document into a constant contact campaign and I need to go back and fix what I just pasted because everything has changed from the text color, font size, space, font boldness - everything. What is the point of me copying and pasting something if I have to redo it again anyway? Very frustrating.

Every two years I use CC to communicate with artists for our Art Exhibition and Sale to raise money for our charities. Excellent service and training are the two reasons why I keep coming back to them.

The system works well and the online tutorials are really great. I can find things I need and get help to do what I want. I transitioned from another mail service and the transition was seamless and my users did not notice except for the logo on the bottom of the email. I actually have more functionality now than I did in the other service.

Overall the product is fine. However, the security measures are a major pain in the ass. If I sign into my account from a device that I haven't used in a while I waste up to half an hour signing in, providing passwords etc.
