Received the wrong size
Received the wrong size, product didn't look like the pictures.
The product I received was 2 meters shorter then what was ordered. It also didn't look like the pictures on the website. It was clear that the wrong product was delivered. Since I couldn't trade it in for a new one I returned it and was instructed to order it again.
Unfortunately, the same wrong product arrived. Two meter short, different then the pictures.
The customer service asked for the pictures of the product before enabling me to return it. The next week they replied that the size I ordered wasn't in store an that was why they gave me a shorter one. For the same prize as the 5 meter product, without informing me. She said she could send me another roll. I told her that the product also didn't look like the picture on the website at all. This was easily dismissed.
I returned back both products in one box and informed them I had put both labels in the box. Their customer service thanked me for informing them.
Later though I only received one payment and I was informed that a different company unpacks the parcels. That company had only scanned one of the labels and they had now lost the code of the second product.
Though customer service was kind and helpful the whole experience felt very amateuristic. I'm especially astonished that a company would try to sell me a 3m product for the prize of 5m without informing me. I'm slightly suspicious that the actual product was completely out of stock, since the products didn't even look alike.
The reason I'm giving two stars still is for their customer support. They were kind and helpful.
