Repair done and paid for although issue was not resolved
When I brought my car in for repair, the service center was initially confident, with 95% certainty, that they could fix the issue. However, the issue was not resolved at all, and I still had to pay the full amount for that repair, without any consideration of applying this payment towards the actual issue once it was diagnosed correctly. Additionally, I requested a loaner car, which they provided, but later discovered it was a rental costing 70 Euros per day. The repair ended up taking over ten days, and once they realized I hadn't been informed of the rental costs and I would not pay for the rental costs, they attempted to rush me into deciding whether to proceed with further repair or to leave the issue unresolved.
I was advised by another service center to take my VW to the experienced service center specializing in this brand. Unfortunately, I ended up paying nearly 2800 Euros at VW without resolving the issue, and I deeply regret this decision.
