Been on the first trip to Parc Asterix from Cologne. Everything Was uncomplicated.
These continentbus GmbH aren't serious. They are not honest and transparent. They cancelled the trips to your destination, telling you to book another one even though you aren't ready for different trip. You will be force to do that and your money will not be refunded. People don't ever ever join the continentbus to anywhere, you will be definitely be disappointing ☹️☹️☹️
The worst travel agency. My trip was changed and cancelled multiple times. I have not received my money back after 2 months.
MOST HORRIBLE VACATION OF MY LIFE!!!!
I had taken the Scandinavian trip from 23/12/21- 27/12/21 with them and it was a total waste of ENERGY, MONEY AND TIME. The organisation and the management of the trip was ridiculous. The organisers were definitely amateurs as there has been a very big miscalculation of the timings. The itinerary is a joke, don't believe a word they say. The customer care is unreachable, neither before nor after the trip. They say they want to make their customers happy, "Happy" my foot. Here are some really horrific issues we faced during the trip:
1. The bus to pick us up from Dortmund arrived an hour late, without informing the travellers waiting for them. No one from the company was reachable via phone, showing their lack of communication.
2. For some travellers the journey was 16+ hours, and the washroom of the bus was not functioning.
3. The trip was overtaken by the drivers instead of the team leaders.
4. Unnecessary stops were taken after every 1.5-2 hours just because the drivers wanted to smoke. Due to this we reached Gothenburg much after the scheduled time. We were promised a 2-hour sight-seeing tour, but that only lasted for 45 minutes. The sight-seeing tour was in fact a joke because we weren't even allowed to step out of the bus and explore the place.
5. The next day, we again met with some unnecessary delays due to which we got less time in Norway. We agreed to the given time, as we were promised that the next day, we will get sufficient time to explore Copenhagen. But wait to see what’s next.
6. Again the same story the next day with all the delays blah blah… We never got to see Copenhagen!! We got a flat tyre, and the shocking thing is that the drivers still drove the bus at a very high speed on the roads covered with snow, putting lives of about 60 people on stake. The police had to be informed. We reached Copenhagen at 18:30 and obviously we could not get the chance to explore even one sight since the sun had already set and everything was closed.
7. All the passengers were against going to Copenhagen and demanded to leave for Germany directly, and receive a refund in return. But the company apparently claims that even if they dropped us at Copenhagen for 2hrs, their itinerary is complete (according to the itinerary we were suppose to get nice 9hrs). They want to compensate us with vouchers, but I don’t think any of us would want another such hell of an experience again.
8. The driver spoke in a very unprofessional and arrogant manner with my friend, which is highly unacceptable.
Basically, the passengers have been very patient and cooperative with them, while they being the complete opposite. Christmas was ruined for about a 100 people. DO NOT get intrigued by their low prices, because they offer service much lower than that. Only if I had an option to give them 0 stars. I would not recommend them to anyone at all!

This company boss not normal, him spend money for womans, go clubs...and ather countrys only for relax. And peopels in company dont get money, or dont get in time!
My bus was cancelled 4 days before, but I was offered a seat on another bus the next day.
Want to ruin your holidays, go with continentbus. What a stressful holiday. Horribly organized. They will get your money and provide no info. No answer to calls, no info , nothing. This is our experience.
