I too wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, but I misspelled the name of the company when I searched. I ordered 4 items, one fit, the other 3 were shoddy, did not fit, and were not as represented. Many messages exchanged about refunds, just as reported in other reviews.

Photos on the website do not accurately represent the quality of the clothes. The fabric I received doesn't have the same drape, the prints are blurry and the construction is the shoddiest I have ever seen. Now that I know it comes from China (although you will never find it marked inside the clothing) I fear it is from some sweat shop "employing" children as slave labor.

I agree with the masses: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money immediately and then you wait...... Some items did turn up but not the full amount. I had tried to cancel my order but they would not allow me to. I wanted to return an item which looked completely different from the advertised T-shirt but they would not allow me to do this either. Over a month after them taking my money I am still awaiting 2 x items.

Do not purchase anything from this company. My purchase was for $111 and they charged my account $133. They are extremely difficult to reach and when I did to cancel my order they sent it anyway even though I cancelled it! They are very good at misrepresenting the quality of their product by making it look good online through their photos but the clothing quality is poor at best! They make it impossible if you want to return an item. Bottom line save yourself the loss of your patience, time and money.... Don't purchase from this company if you want a fair deal or, choose to make a return.

I am another in the long list of those who wished they'd read these reviews prior to ordering. I had been excited to get my purchases - everything looked so great online! But what I got was absolutely awful. Poorly made, terrible fabric, sizing just random (maybe a 2X at the neck and a size 14 at the waist). I will go through the motions of attempting a return, but am not hopeful, based on what I've been reading. An expensive lesson. I'll never order from an unknown company again.

WARNING! Do NOT buy anything from this fraudulent company (or any of its aliases), no matter how pretty the Van Gogh clothes look. The sob story about the Ma & Pa shop having to close is a lie meant to tug at your heart strings.

This is a Chinese company that trolls Facebook with various different company names, such as Mollyin and Elelandy, among others. But, regardless of the name they use, the post starts out like this (even with the same mistakes each time):

"At last, My wife and I decided to quit. We are selling our Van Gogh clothings at 45% Off and we are planning to close our online store and spend the rest of with our grandsons in Massachusetts."

But, this is a total scam. For one thing, they give you your "total," and then after you pay, they tack another 20% onto it for "tax". (If there's any forewarning about this, it's buried in the fine print somewhere.)

For example, my $37 purchase was jacked up to $47, just as so many others have reported. Yet, when I contacted them, they claimed that it was just a system error and that it would be corrected within a week. Yeah, right. At first, they charged me both the $37 and $47! Then, they took off the $37 but left the $47.

Plus, when I hit the "Cancel order" button, absolutely nothing happened. So, I used their automated help system and got a lovely little message that was undoubtedly compliments of Chat GPT. It said,

"Please trust your first choice. This product has a high sales volume in our company and has several advantages:
First: The price is high cost-performance.
Second: Customer evaluation is good.
Third: The buyback rate is high. I believe you will be satisfied with this product."

Umm, no thank you...esp. when so many complaints said that the fabric was horrible, not at all as pictured, and the sizes were ridiculously wrong -- not even fitting over their heads. Thankfully, I used PayPal, so I'll be refunded, but many others weren't as fortunate.

I'm really disappointed because I absolutely loved the picture of the item I wanted to purchase, but even if mine ended up being perfect, I will not support these scammers.

I too wish I had read these comments. Was taken in by the sob-story which is still appearing on Facebook (with comments by me above the 3,000+ pieces of praise posted by themselves) ... haven't received four of the five products and was charged sales tax and insurance after agreeing to buy. They are a scam Chinese fraud and am not hopeful of compansation - though I have made a complaint through PayPal and advised them to stop dealing with the company.

Total scam. I too wish I'd seen this first. They sent me cheap crap and wll not let me return anything.

I wish I had found and read these reviews prior to ordering. As everyone else mentioned they misrepresented their company as being a USA couple closing down their online store.
I ordered XL size as I wanted loose especially around my tummy. The chest fit but not below the waist. Very, very tight and not wearable. We emailed back and forth with a compensation offer of $25 then $35, I paid $197!

Luckily I purchased through PayPal so they did not get my cc info and PayPal is now working for resolution. I sent the items back to China. I figured the $47 cost of shipping is my loss but better than the $197 loss for the clothes. Still waiting to see how it works out. Just wanted to confirm what others are saying, DONT buy from them!

This company is a China-based company that will try to scam your cc information. I made a purchase on a cc I don't use and had no balance due. Then looking for the confirmation email I see I have a fraud alert from PNC wanting to know if I made 2 purchases for the same amount at 2 different companies I never heard of. Upon clicking no, my cc became blocked and I had to call PNC Fraud Prevention. Yes, they were trying to scam my cc and I will need to get a new one now. I got lucky and want to warn others.

This is the WORST COMPANY I EVER SAW. I ordered a blue dress and they sent me a pink one and they REFUSE to send me a blue one or refund me. I have been emailing them for 10 days now and there is NO ONE to talk to. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly they say they are a US company closing down with items going at 50% off to suck you in.
The quality is so poor and looks nothing like what you have ordered.
TIP - Always check on the reviews of the company first so that you won't get scammed.

See all of the other reviews! I ordered 4 items, all the same size. I ordered on the roomy side, as i do not like tight-fitting clothes. One was so small it would not go over my head! Two were too tight (remember, I ordered roomy). The fourth was too large. I received the same response as everyone else -- "The warehouse sent what you ordered," The last email was this...
"There may be slight differences between different production batches
We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
As our shipment department checked, the item you received is correct.
Due to the global epidemic, we are forced to close many overseas warehouses.
And move the warehouse for returned goods to China.
If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you.
Hope you will consider the compensation mentioned earlier​."
The compensation offered was first $4, then $7. Contacting my credit card company now...

WARNING!!!
I placed an order with Continuety (Jane clothing). When order came missing a piece and other items were not good quality and ran small, so they didn't fit. When I finally was able to contact company this was their response.

If only I could put negative 5 stars. The items I purchased with my hard earned money from Continuety.com is total rubbish. Not at all what was pictured. They sent me the wrong sizes, they are poorly made to say the most (I think a 5 yr old made them), they are shapeless, and just junk. I purchased from a link on Facebook which said it was Continuety.com and American made - a business going out of business so the owners could spend more time with their grandchildren (great sob story), but as I made the purchase the link immediately took me to another site called Zero-Miracle Network Limited. It took so long to come (a month) that I wrote to their customer service saying just cancel this order (no reply - shocker). I wish I had been able to cancel, the clothes belong in the garbage, not even worthy of the rag bag. The fabric is terrible. This is a scam - do not buy from them.

Like most people that I have read (Just now) about this company, (Continuety) I agree, I feel like I've been very duped. I ordered $140 worth of product and out of everything only two pieces fit me. I am currently negotiating over and over again attempting to get money back or replacement sizes and I see by what I am reading here that it will never happen. I will be getting my bank with my credit card involved to see what can happen. After sending in a request for how to do a return and get a refund or a different size, I was told to "give the clothes away that they are of quality and good value". Such a disappointment unlike everyone else I was sold on their sob story of being a small family going out of business, and also on the idea that everything was made in the USA and shipped from the USA and part of my product came from Italy and the billing was in the UK. SUCH misrepresentation should be outlawed! Please folks don't be buying anything more from Continuety.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! SCAM!!!!!
I ordered a dress and a shirt. I am a size small. I ordered a small shirt and a medium dress. They were both too small, by alot!!! I spent over $79.00. They do NOT stand by their return policy. They offered me $5.00. Do NOT buy from them. I disputed the charge on my credit card but what a hassle. I am surprised they are still in business.

Just wanted to let everyone know that they are also operating under the name Mollyin.com I had exactly the same experience as all these people that are complaining. They are operating under a series of names. I was offered $3 return on the poor quality material I received which came from Hong Kong even though they said it was coming from US
