The item was not like the item on the website. The colors are washed out the hem is just a single stitch. I thought it was made in the USA and it was not. It looks cheap and it was not. Continuity does not see a problem. It looks awful. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Zero Stars! Wish I had looked up their reviews earlier. The fit and size of half the shirts were just off so I wanted to exchange a couple. The floral print on the tee shirts is so blurry it makes me think I need glasses when I look at them so I wanted to return them. Continuety they would not offer return or refund since they sent what I ordered. SMH!

Do not order from them. I ordered 6 tops. Fabric had no stretch so poor drape. Strange fabric. They Would Not accept a return & offered me only $5compensation!!

I ordered three garments. For one garment, the fabric is advertised as linen, it is polyester, the other two were advertised as a cotton poly blend and they too are polyester. The sizing is way too small on all. I ordered 2x and 3x, but all are maybe a large I cannot get them on. Oddly there are no tags in the garmets. No sizing or material description. I asked how I could return them, and they responded that there are no returns! After many emails of asking for a refund, they are now offering $12 for my inconvenience. What a scam!!! Don't buy from these people.

Wish I could have given this company a "0" stars!! They are totally worthless. Their produce is inferior -- not at all even remotely like what they advertise. They have pretty pictures but the quality of their stuff is terrible. Clothing is polyester, at best, and very cheap. They do NOT honor their "returns policy" at all! They represent themselves as a U.S. based "family" business that is going out of business but, in reality, they are a Chinese conglomerate of companies of many different "vendor" names! BUYER BEWARE! I even tried to lodge a dispute through Paypal after trying to resolve the problem by contacting the "company." The said they would let me keep the items to give to someone else and offered to refund me $5!!! I paid well over $100 for five items -- received FOUR!!! They wouldn't even agree to refund me for the one item I ordered, paid for, but NEVER RECEIVED!!! The $5.00 doesn't even cover that one item. All items were $23 - $30 each. After I lodged the complaint with Paypal, they immediately offered me a full refund -- BUT only if I returned the items to a Chinese warehouse address at my expense!!! The cost of returning to China is almost as much as they offered to refund -- but, of course, they KNEW that!!! This conglomerate of Chinese scam artists is worthless.

First of all, the spelling of the site name is deceptive. It makes it hard to find reviews. On the tracking page, it says that clothing is made and shipped from the US. But the tracking shows it is shipped from Romania. I haven't received my item yet, but after finally finding this site- I am not optmistic

I ordered a Stained Glass panel 8x8.
I got a Stained PLASTIC panel 8x8. Or poorly printed on plastic pane.
After going back and forth with them several times about a return, they are willing to refund but I have to ship back and with it going to Hong Kong. It's not worth the postage at my expense.

The quality of the items are poor. The sizing on their website is smaller than actual clothing. I paid $270.00 and they offered me a $2 refund, refusing to allow me to return the items. They refused to provide a return address stating not to ship it to the address on the product I received.

Like everyone else commenting, I was scammed too!! I believed the "sad family story".... Arrrggghhh! Shame on me. Website said "Made in America" but my tracking link said parcel center of origin was Ireland! I also ordered 3 items which were cheap polyester with faded, blurry designs as the others giving a rating. Requested to return for a full refund... offered $3, keep the product & give to a friend! Was informed the warehouse is in China & would be very expensive for me to return!! Ugh - Yep, I too was duped!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CONTINUETY!! SCAM for SURE!

Desperately disappointing products. I sent for 3 items full of hope. Not at all like it appeared in the advert. Poor quality fabric and overall poor quality. You could see this without even opening up the packaging properly. I couldn't even give it to a decent charity shop it is so poor.
I have contacted them asking for their returns and refund process.

I ordered the light blue oil painting shirt, although there were several I liked - I ordered just one as a test. The fabric is not the same as the pic - I was expecting a more sheer linen, it’s actually a satiny polyester. Shipping to the UK was much quicker than anticipated, so much so that I doubt it came from the States. The colour and print were pretty and as expected. Would I buy again? No - the price itself was fine for what it was (about £15) but taxes and shipping more than doubled this. It would have been worth that if the material had been as expected.

Just received my items which looked stunning in the photos. What a disappointment. They are horrendous ! Cheap and nasty fabric and garish colours. I am so upset. My own fault as I did not read the reviews before ordering. I have now learnt an expensive lesson.

Can't believe I fell for this on Facebook. I thought it was an American family business going out and selling at clearance prices. So they said. I tried to cancel the day after ordering due to them overcharging me and some odd shipping agent 3rd party said too late. Then it took a month to get here, was sent from overseas obviously from the tracking info (UK and Ireland, Spain). I saw Chinese writing under the label that said it came from Illinois. I just received the clothing and it is terrible. Cheap polyester with blurry graphics; the v neck is all puckered at the V. Poor quality. No doubt this is another Chinese scam. Boy do I feel stupid that I bought from a company that doesn't sell on Amazon and also I didn't check them out first! Beware of scammers on FB, they are all over it! Will stick to Amazon in future. As much as I disagree with their politics, they are well-run and safe.

Huge let down on this company. I usually don’t order clothes on-line but I read the return policy and thought what the heck, if I don’t like them I will send them back. I ordered 3 tops from them, none of them fit and I didn’t care for the material. Now I am out the money and kicking myself for being so stupid! Wish I had READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED!!

I have a coat that is defective!! They left a buttonhole off so it only had one buttonhole!! Material is not what I ordered. Company will not stand behind it!! They’re saying I received what I ordered. This is not so!! Now they’re telling me to give it to a friend as a gift, a defective item as a gift, not happening!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have pics to show them but they fail to understand!! HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!

This company is so deceptive. They sent me 3 tops and all 3 were in no way the size that I ordered. They were for like a child and I'm a fairly good sized women. They would not allow a return even though their return policy indicates nothing out of the ordinary required. They drag out the correspondence, asking for photos, etc. only to say they won't do anything. Very deceptive company. They have bad products and bad way of doing business. They will probably respond that they did everything to help me, but I have the emails as proof. They did nothing to help me. Do not order from this retailer or you will regret it.

I purchased some items on line from the UK to this USA based web site Continuety.com
I have just received 2 items of 3 ordered so far and neither are as described on their web site
They clearly say Cotton blend and Cotton Polyester
'A cotton blend is another way of referring to an item that's made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester, linen, or rayon. Cotton blend means it has the same feel as a cotton t shirt, but it's a little more lightweight and resistant to wrinkles.'
They are clearly both 100 % Polyester and are both very creased due to the fabric also they are very cheap items at a large cost. The site says Made in the USA they are both labelled Made in China
The final response after several emails complaining was "We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.
But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard.
Sorry for what happened.
We are so sorry that you don't like our product. This will be reported to our manufacturers for improvement" I have now escalated my complaint. DO NOT USE them , also note they are closing the business shortly I have photographic and email evidence

This is a scam company in China. Theses clothes are not made in the USA and the supposed New Hampshire company is non- existent. I ordered three items and all three are such poor quality that I will not wear them. The so-called beautiful patterns and colors are faded looking, look like the dyes ran, and the fabric feels like it would burst into flame if near a. Cigarette or other flamed object. I reported them to PayPal and alerted my bank. They do not even deserve a one star rating. I prefer a no star rating.

The story on Facebook about it being an American family firm fallen on hard times is a cover for a Chinese company selling cheap clothes made in China. I ordered on a whim, the clothes looked pretty, but then read the reviews and tried to cancel - several times. The company (Sonzea Trading Co) completely ignored me and sent the stuff anyway. Avoid this company - they ignore everything you say to them. It was too much to fight them and get the goods returned - I felt I would end up with no money and no clothes - at least this way, I have the clothes, which are wearable if not what I was hoping for.

I ordered buy 1 get 2 bras that were supposed to be here in 1-2 weeks. After watching the tracking number sit on the other side of Canada for 4 weeks I emailed. Suddenly it seemed to be on the move. It took over 8 weeks to arrive. 2 of the 3 had the boning poking through the top in 1 wear. awful products
