Phillip Edwards was brilliant he made our buying process as smooth as possible and any questions or query’s we had along the way were answered promptly. I would 100% recommend Phillip Edwards
If I didn't know better I would suggest that this company is not legit or is a scam. I have simply never encountered such gross incompetence matched with agressive defence of their methods. I have been dealing with the company for over two years and still they are making me do their work for them. They have charged me over four thousand pounds for publicly available information and they have only ever contacted me to chase me for money. The bills go up and up and up and all I have wanted was to live in a small one bedroom flat. My experience compared to any other person purchasing a property in the UK (who has not used Convey Law - lucky them!) Could not differ more. People trll me "my solicitor said this and advised this". Convey Law only ever contacted me to get more and more money from me and nothing else. They use untrained, unguided and unqualified people to do the dog-work and hope that nobody will complain or that they will accidentally get something right. This cannot be allowed in the legal profession. This company calls themselves a law firm. Do not trust them with your finances and your important purchases. DO NOT USE CONVEY LAW. You will regret it.

Convey Law were acceptable. They got the job done but there was no urgency and it felt like we were the ones trying to push things forward, especially in the last few weeks. There were some enquiries we made that never got a response and we eventually just accepted this in order to get to completion but felt this was poor on Convey Laws part. Check your bill carefully as they tried to charge us hundreds for an indemnity policy that was never carried out. Phillip was always pleasant on interactions but if felt these were few and far between. It took a long time to get anything started initially including not starting searches for weeks and weeks after we had paid for them.
Very responsive and got us through the process as needed.
Many thanks to Jordan and team!
We had a great experience with Convey Law and for the competitive rates they charge I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was in touch with a few members but have used these in a previous job and they had always stood out. Communication was excellent, would certainly recommend.
Fantastic service from Sophie and Jack. With regular updates on progress. Thank you again for all your help
The service provided by Jordan Hartley, my Conveyancer was absolutely fantastic! He was always available to answer my questions and he made me feel that I am in good hands. Thank you for your service and your kindness Jordan Hartley!
Fantastic service from Convey Law and Phil Edwards in particular on a Ltd Co. Sale and purchase. Phil always went out of his way, helped with the other solicitors and was brilliant all round. Highly recommend them and I will certainly use them due the next one.
Helping my aunt (in her 80's) to buy a house, wrongly chose Convey - who've wasted our time with their useless digitised onboarding - totally unsuited to someone who isn't online. The service has been dreadful, with no help to resolve despite Convey being fully aware that time is an issue. Do not use this useless business, go to a lawyer that actually employs people, who understand how to help, and earn their fees.
Excellent service from Convey Law. We dealt with Rhian Reynolds and Shannon Raye, and both were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the stressful process. Thanks so much!!
Very good service all emails replied to with 24hrs and provided assistant where needed, Jordan and his team were very helpful in guiding me few the process as a first time buyer, there are additional fees built throughout the process but all explained along the way.
The only issue throughout the process was there seemed to be a bit on confusion about when the full mortgage offer was received and took a bit of back and forth between me the them and the lender to get the full offer with the lender saying it has been sent but the the team at Coney Law saying they hadn't received it- which took around 3/4 weeks to resolve.
Hollie and Yanny were great! They were very efficient. Emails were responded to if not the same day, within 24 hours. I would definitely use Convey Law again but not through Home Legal Direct as I felt we were charged extras which HLD advised us there would be no additional costs at the time of the quote so this wasn’t Convey Law’s fault.
Sophie and Jazmine were very professional, answered all of our queries promptly and updated us at least once a week with progress.
Convey Law were recommended by our estate agents as fee very competitive. Sophie and her assistant Jazmine were very professional and prompt to answer our queries by telephone and email. Also had weekly updates.
I had really bad experience with this company, they waisted my time, very poor communication, i had to keep chasing them up for progress
Fantastic experience! Used Convey Law for two purchases and hope to use them again in the future!
The team were extremely helpful which was reassuring as I was a first time buyer. A big thank you to Hollie, Yanny, Chloe and Francesca. Clearly a wonderful team!
We asked our estate agent for recommendations for a conveyor, they sent an email to a few that they recommended. We had a phone call within minutes from Convey Law and spoke with a lovely lady. The service we received from start to finish was great.
All went smoothly. Sophie kept me in the loop and the process was overall a much improved experience over a different company on a previous purchase.
My Conveyancer was Jasmine, she was efficient at communicating with me about any updates to the process and answered any questions I had, she was friendly and happy to help.
Abbie kept me up to date on all the steps and the communication was very consistent. However, it wasn't always clear what was expected of me and what I needed to do with documents I was sent etc.
