I got the black formal shoes. They felt comfortable but a little loose. My size is 7.5 and I ordered an 8. Will try out size 7. Their support is very responsive and helpful.

I own the cloud runners (am a female- I just ordered 2.5 sizes below my usual size in men and it fits well!) and they’re my favorite shoes! They look just like sleek sporty running shoes but have the invisible height boost. And their customer service is great too!

I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on my new pair of Conzuri shoes! Super comfortable and definitely gave me a nice height boost 😄. I had an issue with the first delivery, but their customer service was amazing, they sent out a replacement right away. Great experience all around!

Soles are very practical and provide great cushion regardless of you are looking for a height boost. Also the customer service care is very fast and helpful. Highly recommend this product.

I have done business with Conzuri several times and always had seamless transactions. I had ordered a pair of Brixtons and they did not work out well for me. I contacted their support and they’ve been amazing at resolving the issue. Offering to either refund me or exchange them for another shoe of my choice. Outright amazing customer service. I look forward to future business!

Great, super comfortable shoes!

I've been ordering from Conzrui regularly, I couldn't be happier with the quality of their shoes and the service they provide. Every pair I've received has been comfortable, stylish, and exactly as described. Their customer service amazing, especially Sophie. She's been incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It's rare to find this level of care and consistency these days. Highly recommend!

SHOUT OUT TO CONZURI

The item I received is much bigger than usual and doesn’t fit properly. I’ve already emailed requesting a return label, but I haven’t received any response. Please send me a return label as soon as possible so I can send this back. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.

After my first order they got 5 stars as everything arrived as it should be. I ordered a second pair of trainers in the same size but when they arrived they were faulty as had been mislabeled as a UK4 but were in fact a 5 - they say EU38 inside which is a UK5. I reported this & asked for an exchange but they did not have this style in a UK4 (EU37). So I want to return as faulty - I have asked 3 times for a returns label - I have even the address to return them to but I have not been given it. I have also been fobbed off with some excuse about sizing coming up differently - - A EU38 i s a UK5 & that is what they are they are just mislabelled. Please send me a returns label I have the shoes all packaged up & waiting to return.

There were no email updates with my delivery and the shipping and courier services delivered it to the wrong place and it is a missing delivery. I contacted conzuri and there was nothing done from their side . I had to contact the courier services from my side and fight with them for the investigation ultimately they refunded it to conzuri . So I claimed my refund from conzuri but instead the conzuri team reordered it even when I am not interested anymore . This email contact is taking too much time for the communication . Wish they had other modes of communication. Overall its a very disappointing experience for me .

I ordered my first pair with my size and it was too loose. I never got a full refund. I order my second pair with half a size smaller and it was too small. I never got a full refund. I ordered my third pair. It never arrived

I had a problem with the delivery company (yodel), but conzuris customer service team(Chloe) was excellent and help resolve the issue very quickly, she had very fast responses and are quick to help to the best they can.
The products they provide are excellent and very comfortable.

Excellent customer service! They informed me that my order was out of stock and asked if I was willing to wait or not. I opted to not wait as it will take more than a month and I asked for a refund instead. Chloe, the agent who messaged me, processed the refund right away. I got it in less than 3 days. Thank you so much!

The website is Smooth from Selecting the item to Making the order. Delivery was fast. The shoe is not only good looking but very comfortable. I am already thinking of getting another pair And I highly recommend it to my friends

Ridiculous - like shoving a sock in your underwear. In both cases, when things get to the bedroom, the woman is going to notice.
