Bought boots for my son. Asked for the boots to be put in a bigger box so when it arrives my son won’t know what it is. They did it!!! Responded fast too!! Excellent customer service!!

First let's start with 3 week shipping wait.
Website said item was local but in reality, it came from overseas. Once I recieved and opened box, it all looked good. The concert was stiff and bothersome. My foot always slipped foward. Shoe size was correct. Not worth the wait or price. Because I had to wait I went to buy sketchers and I found hight,confert and style for much less.

The shoes are more beautiful than expected. Great quality. I ordered four, and all were perfect. I wanted to exchange a few shoes and they were replaced immediately. I will definitely order more shoes.

There was an issue with shoe size, and Customer Support did everything in their power to make it right.
I love the shoes, comfortable, and at 5’ I appreciate the added concealed inches.

I have ordered from Conzuri twice, customer service dealt with my queries profesionally and quick.
Overall I had some issues with slightly late delivery but they rectified my concerns immediately.

They showed great customer care and made sure I was happy in the end with my purchase, I would recommend ordering from here. Just note, sometimes if the stock is unavailable in the UK warehouse it will come internationally which will take up to 2 weeks.

The shoes I purchased look similar to airforces but actually shaped slightly better and are very comfortable and they are great quality. You get your money's worth.

I also ordered the height soles which you slide into your regular shoes, they are very comfy too, they take a while to get use to it. Eventually you dont even notice theyre in your shoes. I have deffo felt more confident since wearing Conzuri and being 6foot with my Conzuri shoes!

Sophie and chloe from customer service took care of my order issue because of the size very quickly and efficiently thank you awesome service and thank you for the boots they are awesome and the quality is fantastic!!!

I bought the Penthos, and they were very comfortable to walk in! I found them to more comfortable than Hokas, as they soften the landing while still allowing your foot to undergo proper recoil, whereas my Hokas would not fully transmit the weight of my foot to the ground, which I personally did not like.

Hannah alone has earned these 5 stars, I forgot to apply a discount code and was worried I’d have to go through a load of rigmorale to either cancel my order and replace it to save the difference but she was able to help me out within mere minutes of having my order placed tysm Hannah!!!

The shoes are very comfortable and do not make it obvious that your height is being boosted! Love that!

I got the Polar Axels but ended up having to return it. i did have to pay for my own shipping on the way back but they were quite responsive in doing so.

Honestly just a game changer…. You actually feel instantly so much more confident when you’re wearing these shoes

I had an issue in 2023 where i did not receive my order. At the time Conzuri did not compensate me. After revisiting this issue with a different agent in 2025 they were able to offer me the order i didnt receive with a redellvery fee of $25 for each
pair . While i may disagree with this, they did send me two new pairs of shoes which I am very grateful for. Its better than having no shoes at all. Thankyou for the solution Conzuri!

Terrible customer service. Terrible sizing. Nothing on the box to reflect what size you’re getting. I tried to cancel an order 5 minutes after I placed it. They totally ignored the request and I have an email documenting the fraud!!!!!!! I world give -5 if I could.

Just received my Zenotex Ice and they are by far the most comfortable and lightest shoe I've ever experienced. They feel very solid and the quality is fantastic. The 2.5" hidden boost platform is imperceptible and your foot doesn't slide out. I use the in the gym and they are awesome!

DO NOT BUY from this company. The shoes are overpriced and shipped from China. Not only was the sizing completely inaccurate and the quality shockingly poor, but the customer service is also terrible.

I had ordered the shoes for my son about a year ago and finally decided to order some for myself. My first pair came in and I was crushed to find they are too big. I contacted the company and worked with Chloe to get them exchanged…I have to say it was one of the best customer care experiences I have ever had. As I busy executive who travels a lot, it’s sometimes days when I stop to go back to my personal ‘to do’ list…one day I got the nicest email that just said ‘just wanted to bump this email up again.
