If your looking for electrical appliance Cookers and Ovens is the place to go. The prices are good and have a wide sellection to choose from. Delivery is spot on. So you can be there for delivery. Like being able to check appliance. To make sure that it is ok, while the delivery driver is still there. As they deliver and gone before you can check it. Good service all round.

Ordered a Bertazzoni cooker hood which was over £130 cheaper than Appliancesdirect.com.

Was contacted before delivery to sort out delivery although couldn't give a definite time for delivery they did give a window time, and organised delivery man to ring hour half an hour before arriving. The item that I wanted was in stock so came within a few days. Friendly service, helpful but those of you that work full time will find the usually problem of having to take time of work but they did come in the window given and a friendlydriver. Took packing away will want you to check appliance for damage etc.

I have just recently bought all new Neff kitchen appliances from Cookers and Ovens and their service has been excellent.
All items were delivered correctly and on the day I requested.
The cost was £100 cheaper than any of the other seven quotes I received.
I great company and I would recommend them to anybody.

The staff were very helpful and efficient when wanted to delay the delivery of our cooker.

I had no issues with the ordering/delivery process and the price was good, but when I removed the splashback from the packaging (packaging was complete) I noticed straight away that in 1 corner the enamel coating was incomplete/damaged. I don't know if this was done in transit or in the manufacturing process itself. Due to the minimal time I had between item delivery, and kitchen fitter, electrician and plumber fitting cooker, splashback and hood, there was no time to return item and wait for a replacement so I ended up 'touching up' the splashback with hammerite paint and fitting it in the best way possible so as to minimise noticing it.

Would highly recommend.

Easy order process, but at no time during that process was a delivery date selected. I was later advised that I wouldn't have my product until one and a half weeks later. Please improve this experience

Our order was processed quickly and efficiently. The products arrived at the time stated and the couriers were courteous and extremely helpful.
All products including the manufacturers free offer, were delivered together - most other retailers were unable to do this.
