Excellent Service & Shipping
We ordered a pizza oven for our Church and everything was exactly how we were told. The delivery came faster than it was quoted and everything was in perfect condition. We had to call to verify we would get a gas pizza oven instead of an electric as the option wasn't there when we checked out online. They assured us they would write the note and we did get a gas one. Also, they were easy to work with regarding our tax exempt status! 10/10 would definitely use them again!

Price was better than anywhere else. Had a few product issues that needed additional information and customer service was prompt with responding to emails. Updated shipping charges were resolved very quickly. Item shipped in half the time quoted. Will order from Cook's Direct again.
