Product arrived eventually.
I was not kept up to date regarding delivery status once I placed the order.
I was charged $100 for delivery with a lift gate, but delivery person did not use a lift gate and informed me that the lift gate was not noted on the delivery instructions or invoice.

Cook'sDirect prices were the best along with their fast reasonably priced shipping. There was a mistake with my order (maybe because of busy holiday season?) and they sent me an incorrect item but were quick to respond and send out my correct item immediately. They sent me a prepaid return label for me to send back the incorrect item as well. I highly recommend shopping here and will definitely shop here again!

The item I ordered was not available until April 2016 but that was not made clear on my receipt. Additionally, my credit card was charged immediately.

The website implied the item ordered was in stock and would be shipped immediately. After a couple of weeks when the item had not arrived, I called and was told that the item was back ordered and would not be available for about 4 and one half months. In the meantime my credit card was charged and I was not asked if I would like to cancel the purchase. In fact I had to call to find out the problem. Just recently I saw the same item online from another dealer, ordered it and got it in two days. In such a case I should have been informed that there would be a substantial delay and asked if I would like to cancel my order. Also my credit card should not have been charged until the item was shipped. I consider that the behavior of the dealer was unethical.

I placed an order in Nov. for an item that was apparently back ordered. I was very disappointed that they would charge my credit card for an order that supposedly won't ship until April. Most companies charge your card once your order has shipped.

Had just what I was looking for at a good price.

The ordering process is simple and efficient, and my items were delivered really fast! My baking sheets were most reasonably priced at Cook's Direct, and they were excellent quality!

I ordered Vollrath Wear-Ever 5314 Heavy Duty half size 13 gauge aluminum bun/sheet pan - 17-3/4 x 12-7/8 twice. I had to send them back both times because they were either scratched, dented, or the wrong product. The company was very kind to refund my money, but I still do not have a quality pan. I am so surprised Cook's Illustrated recommended them, unless the company has changed hands.

Loved them. Very responsive, great prices, a very trustworthy company to do business with.

You can't beat the price they come in handy if you have half size or quarter size sheet pan haven't tried the large size these are for home use and I could never fit the large sheet pans in my oven. they fit nicely and securely although you probably shouldn't lift them just by holding the cover hold the entire pan. purchase them with the racks it's a nice combination with the sheet pans.all kinds of uses

The item I ordered was on an estimated 4 month back order status. Despite this my card was charged at the time of my order. Most vendors I deal with on line only charge for an item when it is ready to be shipped. I subsequently cancelled the order for a full refund.

I ordered a Matfer Bourgeat skillet. I'm waiting for my purchase which should arrive February, 2016, so I can't review the skillet. But Cook's Direct has been great keeping me up to date on the status of my order.

The cards were easy to design on the website. I also got them very quickly and they looked great!

I ordered 2 of the MatferBourgeat Carbon Steel Fry 11 inch pans in September. On September 23, 2015 I was charged the sum of $127.98 On October 23 I received an e-mail that said , so sorry, the p[an is not available until December due to the high volume of sales. It makes me very angry that my account was charged before it was clear that the pan was available for shipment. I think this is a very poor way of doing business and I will not order from Cooks Direct again. I frequently use the internet for on-line shopping and I have never been charged until the product was sent.

I got the top-rated cookie sheets I was looking for at a fair price, delivered in a timely fashion. Can't ask for more than that!

I received the product on time and for less money than anywhere else!

I ordered an ice machine online for our library from Cook's Direct. The site was easy to navigate and my order processed quickly. There was a question with my order and someone from customer service contacted me within a few hours of placing the order. Afterwards, the order was shipped quickly and the ice machine arrived within 5 days. Overall, this was an efficient and satisfactory experience.

I ordered a Hoshisaki IceMaker and it arrived on time and works perfectly! This website had a great price and good customer support. Thank you!
