great speedy service
ordered item before 12 came the nxt day. it was really easy and quick to order online, i had sent an email and got a quick and helpfull response back straight away would recommend this company.

Could have been a better day
used company many times with no problems. Delivery arrived on time. When we fitted the cylinder and commissioned we found no water. After a few hours looking for an air lock we found some foam insulation had got into the tank and blocked the outlet. Not very happy. Got foam out. filled with water again then noticed a very small leak on the element flange.Took element out a few times then found foam sprayed over part of the flange face producing a leak.
shame as this company is normally really good. Perhaps it was just one of those off days. I will deff use them again as I belive this was a one off.

Please bear in mind we can replace cylinders with any manufacturer defects with a maximum of 2 working days turnaround time and had you called to let us know this one was faulty we would have shipped one out immediately. Excellent customer service and good value
Best value I could find online with a wide choice and one of the few places that fully describe the product. I wasn't expecting the immediate and friendly response I received over the weekend, or the daily updates on delivery. Highly recommended.

Excellent supplier, nothing too much trouble
I was looking for a particular type of cylinder, but none are made, I came across this company who were only too willing to listen and then provide cylinders to my requirements, I can not recommend them highly enough, they are extremely helpful and willing.

The tank arrived in perfect condition, on time and was a reasonable price. The customer service delivery was of a high standard, approachable, very helpful and took time to exlain the product and ensure I was ordering the correct water tank. The quality of the tank exceeded my expectation and there were no issues with whati had ordered and everything was just as discussed during the consultation. Excellent service and I would most definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for helpful and consistent support in arranging the delivery of a tank they require to suit their needs. Good quality service all round.

Great price and very fast delivery
Impressed with the price of this tank and delivery was speedy.
Packed in a large cardboard box with a fair amount of bubble wrap
protection so no bashes or dings.
Only slight niggle, there was some foam insulation stuck to the surfaces
of the element threaded bosses which was a pain to scrape off to make
sure of a good seal..
Would certainly use this company again....
