Great customer service
The initial AI was a bit clunky but then the response from Hollie at Core Service was fast and spares were sent out really quickly without a problem. First class customer service.

Wrong part
Only replied back to me because of this review sick and tired of companies doing this so poor at customer service. The fuel pipe split on my lawn mower. I ordered a new part. The part that came was wrong. I couldn't fit this new pipe. I raised the ticket, sent pictures been going round and round and now they've stopped emailing me bad customer service avoid at all costs

Inconsistent or non-existent service!
