paid on line for the antigen fit to fly test. Paid for next day delivery. 4 days later still has not arrived!! So now having to pay double at the airport. Not good. Also stressful worrying

Got the test results after 15 mins

I was so glad I was able to run across the Corona test centre. I was able to get cleared for my flight which really helped me go home! Such a great experience. I got approved in 30min, but I would prepare for the three hours it’s in case.

He first challenged me why with a flight the next day evening I would need a 3 hour test, then kept persuading me to change to midnight result otherwise the results "can come back undetermined". When I asked I paid for the most expensive test so I can get results early and why wasn't there any warning messages on website that booking 3 hr test might render undetermined result? Not like if I agreed to midnight result (didn't mention how I will be refunded the price difference), my results won't come back undetermined? The guy had very bad bullying attitude because I insisted on the 3 hr test and wouldn't change to midnight result and then told me that he would have to swab long and hard otherwise results may be undetermined. He did just that, I had tears coming out during the long painful swab process, the worst swabbing experience possible! I was very afraid to irritate him because he may temper my test to be undetermined since the centre will close at 5pm, and he would only have 2 hours to produce a 3 hour test and obviously the sample won't be sent to the lab, so there is room for manipulation. Under this mentality I tried to maintain a calm composure although I was fuming inside, but he accused me of raising my voice at him and said "there are many others behind you, you can complain to customer service". His attitude was as nasty as school teacher angry at student

Leaving the centre, I felt that I was threatened that if I don’t change to midnight delivery, my result can come back undetermined, because that would mean the guy had short time frame to produce test result instead of sending it to the lab, which will relieve him of work and responsibility. I was genuinely afraid that my results, processed by him, will come back undetermined since I refused to do what he wants.

I am certain no covid sampling experience can be worse - No one can have such bad attitude and use undetermined result to threaten people! Extremely horrific experience at Corona Test Centre Hammersmith, blacklisted from now on and I will tell as many people as I can to stop them from such bad experience.

Staff was friendly and professional. Quick and easy and results were fast.

I've used the Corona Test Centre a couple of times. I require special documentation to travel into Japan, and CTC have always delivered the required documentation in good order and in a timely manner. I have entire confidence in their service.

Easy booking system. Friendly staff. Always delivers the results on time. What more could you ask for?

Sent me a positive test result after losing my sample. Retested and was negative. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply to my many emails.

We found the staff at the Newcastle branch of the Corona Test Centre to be very friendly and professional received our results within the advised timescale and would certainly recommend this Centre.

Turned up at the test centre in London at my allotted appointment time. A sign in the window said the sole person working there was on a lunch break. I was left waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes and was not even able to use the waiting area. This is billed as a premium testing provider (and charges as such) but the experience was rubbish. I also followed up by email to complain but just received an automated reply. Avoid them at all costs.

After searching around online companies for a covid recovery certificate I decided to go with this company because it was one of the ones recommended by the CDC site for travel to the USA. Unfortunately on closer inspection I should have gone with another company. This company claims that you can upload an NHS email notification/ text as proof of evidence of a positive result. However, on closer inspection of the CDC website I found I may possibly have issues getting into the country with this. This company offers no refund at all! However all the other companies do if you fail to get access to your said country with their recovery certificate. I sent lots of emails regarding this and was ignored. The bot chat was useless and as soon as I said I wanted a refund someone was online straight away and told me I couldn’t have one. Then refused to communicate via chat anymore. I then phoned the company and although the person I spoke to understood my concerns he said ‘the CDC website was open to interpretation’ this really got my back up. I will be contacting the GMC regarding the ‘DR’ who provided my certificate. I do not believe these people are acting in the best interest of the people they are providing a service for and are clearly just trying to make money. Shame on them.

Was an easy procedure, with helpful sstaff

Didn't dispatch kits for travel tests for 7 days, ignored emails, chat bot ignored form fills. 30 mins of on hold music. Had to speak to supervisor. Refund indicated. Poor operation, poor service, still don't know if it's a genuine company.

Paid for next day delivery, 2 days later DPD still don't have the parcel, will not arrive in time for flight, will now have to make alternative arrangement and pay again. Poor service.

Went to Bristol where I was treated by a very rude girl - the whole experience was very unpleasant and costly - the sooner governments stop encouraging these pirates the better

Normally would not leave a review such as this but this is now the second time that this business have failed in the basics. Firstly items not arriving when they say but worse is the total lack of support or help when contacting them. Really shocking in fact. If there was a way to take further action against this company I would. In most other businesses what they do would be called Selective Scamming.

Booking online was easy. Hammersmith centre has very friendly and helpful staff, extreme reliability of the whole process, I got the results approx. one hour after the test was performed. Excellent and stress free

Over from Aussie had my PCR test arranged from home. Fantastic service great turn around. I'll be back for my required test from the Corona Test Centre Hammersmith to enable my return. Very happy great work.
