When looking around for a transportation service to ship our vehicle, Corsia stood out to me because of the customer service. The first representative I spoke with was very pleasant and extremely helpful in answering my questions. A couple of months later we were ready to schedule the transport and again I was met with another pleasant and patient customer service rep. The rep was clear with the instructions and expectations. He even followed up with me with additional information and helped us to get the best price possible. The price I was previously quoted was honored and our rep even helped to knock it down a bit more. Knowing I was able to speak with the same customer service rep multiple times and not have to deal with different people each time was reassuring. It didn't seem like I was calling a mega calling center. I was assured that my car would be in good hands and it was. Our vehicle was picked-up and delivered safely and promptly. I would use Corsia again and confidently recommend it to other military families like ours, and friends and family alike.

Excellent service: pickup was in the Boise, Idaho area on a Sunday early evening. Delivery was in Central Southeast PA outside of Harrisburg, PA, on Friday morning. ZERO issues. The driver was good at communicating pickup and delivery times. I highly recommend. You might pay a little more for Corsia Logistics -However you will not have ISSUES.

This is a brokerage. While the actual transporter did a good job, Corsia's pricing methodology was untruthful in how they portrayed it to me. The transporter was displeased as well.

Excellent hassle free experience of shipping my rare 2005 Honda S-2000 from IL to CA. They picked up the car on time, truck driver was very courteous and loaded the car in our presence.
The car was delivered on time in CA to my son in the perfect condition.
Shipping price was very competitive as well.

I had no experience with vehicle shipment before using Corsia to move a used car from Florida to California. Most dealerships left it up to me as buyer to find the shipping company, and most of them had terrible online reviews. Corsia got a lot of good reviews on Reddit and the prevailing mood was that it is worth the extra cost.

Corsia customer service was fantastic. I could text message questions to the sales rep at any time and would quickly receive answers. At no point was I made to feel like I was asking stupid questions or too many questions. I had to change the shipment date at the last minute and Corsia handled the change with no fuss. The transporter driver Corsia contracted with was also patient and accommodating of my delivery requirements. I really do believe that Corsia's network of transporter go above and beyond. And the price was only $50 more than the lowest bid I received. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition.

This is my second experience with Corsica Logistics and I was certainly not disappointed by my decision of using this company again. From my first call for a quote and reservation, to the initial pickup in south California, to the delivery in Delaware, I could not be more happy about the professionalism, the service and the courtesy of the entire crew. Even the truck driver, Hank, took the time to personally drive my car to my friend’s garage as she doesn’t drive a car with a stick shifts. I definitely know who to call for my next big move!

This company is top notch ~ from the strong communication throughout the process, the upfront and stable pricing (no hidden costs), and the timeliness in which the car arrived at its destination, we could not have asked fo more.

Corsia is a great company. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to setup and pick up date. My family moved from East coast to the West coast and they made the process of shipping one of our cars seamless. They really exceed my expectations and I will for sure use them again
